From the moment you step inside, 436 Fountain Grass feels less like a house and more like a chapter in your dream vacation. Morning sunlight pours into the bright, airy living room, spilling across soft coastal tones and inviting you to sink into the plush seating. The space flows effortlessly into the dining area, where laughter and conversation seem to linger long after the plates have been cleared. Off to the side, the butlerâs pantry quietly keeps everything organized, while the sleek bar waits for the first pour of sunset cocktails.
The chefâs gourmet kitchen is the heart of the homeâa place where sizzling pans and clinking glasses set the soundtrack to the evening. With expansive counter seating, high-end appliances, and every cooking tool and utensil already in place, itâs as ready for a midnight snack as it is for a five-course feast. For more formal occasions, the separate dining room transforms meals into memories, framed by eye-catching art and the hum of happy conversation.
Step outside and youâre greeted by a private oasis. The pool glistens beneath the shade of sprawling live oaks, their leaves whispering in the breeze. Contemporary lounge chairs are perfectly positioned for sunkissed afternoons, while the pool bathroom and outdoor shower make the transition from swim time to relaxation effortless. The screened living space with a mounted TV and cozy seating, becomes the backdrop for unhurried mornings with coffee or late-night stories.
The screened dining and kitchen area brings the indoors out with a fully equipped chefâs grill station, sink, prep space, and dining table with seating for six; you can serve freshly grilled seafood to friends without ever missing the golden light slipping through the trees.
When the day draws to a close, retreat to the first-floor master suite, where a glass door opens directly to the terrace and pool deck. In the master bathroom, heated floors warm your feet as you step out of a long soak in the tub or refreshing shower. Upstairs, each guest bedroom offers its own private en-suite, giving everyone their own haven to rechargeâwhether itâs the king rooms for couples, the queen-and-daybed room for a small family, or the bunk room that bursts with the energy of shared adventures.
Two laundry roomsâone on each floorâmake extended stays a breeze, so you can focus on bike rides to the beach, rounds of golf at the famed Ocean Course, and exploring the 50 acres of waterways, trails, and parklands just beyond your door.
Here, in Ocean Park, every view feels timeless. The property overlooks a lush, protected park shaded by some of the Islandâs oldest, most majestic oaks. Itâs a place where mornings begin with birdsong, afternoons melt into golden sunsets, and evenings stretch out under starry skies.
The pool cannot be heated. No smoking, no pets, and no events allowed, (including but not limited to wedding receptions/rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette groups, anything going over the 12 person max limit),no exceptions will be made. Fireplace access (indoor and outdoor) is prohibited for guest use. The garage is accessible with one EV charger available. An elevator is available upon request (for guests with mobility challenges only please).
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required. Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No access available for resort pools or fitness center.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online and is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
