Exactly what we wanted

Our stay at Seachase was wonderful. The condo was beautiful with an amazing view. It was comfortable and well equipped with anything you could need. All the pools were clean and refreshing. The beach was pristine and the sand like powder. The property management crew were happy, friendly and helpful with any local recommendations. Everything was convenient.

Mostly good

The condo was just as described. They are still doing repairs to the condo and one of the elevators quit working in the middle of our stay. We also had a curtain rod that fell off the wall in the middle of the night. Overall though I would definitely recommend this condo to anybody looking to stay in the Orange Beach area. It's conveniently located to lots of restaurants and it's just a walk out the back door to the beach.

2024 Great Beach Time with family from Oregon!

We had perfect weather and really enjoyed our unit, this time being much higher in the west building. It was very clean and in excellent condition. The main bedroom had a great mattress. We also enjoyed the chairs & umbrella that was provided. Sunsets from the condo level were wonderful! We enjoyed some new restaurants this trip (so many to pick from), of course went to Walmart, and the four of us went parasailing for the first time viewing our condo from the water. I would definitely recommend Seachase!

Overall good but minor annoyances

Kitchen faucet sprays all over. 2. No beach chairs or umbrella in unit. 3. No Tupperware containers 4. Stained sheets.

Great Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seachase never disappoints. Our condo was great and it had everything we needed for our stay. I Love the beach themed decor in this condo. The only issue we encountered was the ramp going down to the beach. It was slanted at the end of the ramp and going up the ramp you had to hold onto a rope they had attached. For an older person this could be an accident waiting to happen. Also, we had a wagon to get up onto the ramp and that was also a challenge. I hope someone addresses this issue. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

Nice condo, great view, very clean except……

This was a nice condo with the best view we have ever had at OB. You can see both directions up and down the beach and also a bit of the strip. A nice set of chairs and a tall table on the balcony provide a comfy perch to enjoy coffee or lunch while taking in the view. Inside, Wifey really liked the mattress in master BR, said it was just right firmness that made her sore shoulder feel better. The master bath was huge, plenty of room for two people to get ready at the same time. As for furnishings, aside from the really nice Samsung tv in the living room, the rest of the things were a bit dated, but still in good condition. I dont go to the beach to worry about decor so as long as things aren’t tattered or dirty I’m OK with it. Everything in the condo was spotlessly clean….. except the recliner. The recliner chair had an odor like that of a soggy baby diaper. The smell enveloped you anytime you sat in the chair or at the end of the couch. That was a major disappointment as we rented this condo specifically because it was one of the few that had a recliner. The other downer was the master BR ceiling fan makes a loud buzzing noise while running so no sleeping with the fan running. Although we enjoyed our stay here, I would want to know those two problems were corrected before recommending this unit or making a return visit.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did respond already with positives and areas for improvement. The positives were ease of check in and out, the beds were comfortable, the ice maker was a bug plus. We have always chosen sea chase due to proximity of stores and less crowded beaches. Areas of improvement include the need for more comfortable living room furniture-couch ok, recliner and chair not comfortable, one of outdoor chairs was broken;there was no liquid dishwashing soap. Please review the first survey I completed about 1 week after our stay.

There was even a built in ice maker that came in handy for having cold drinks down at the beach. The views were amazing and we were able to see lots of wildlife. We will be coming back for sure!
