Ce luxueux condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bains offre un décor tropical serein compliment�� par les sons apaisants de l'océan juste devant votre porte.

Beautiful condo and location to the beach

Condo is beautiful and in an amazing location being on the 1st floor. You miss a little bit of the view due to the patio railing but it's still super nice to be so close. The gnats were still an issue (other reviews) but not enough to call for service. Biggest complaint is the lack of daily necessities....the amount of money paid for a 5 day stay and you still have to go out and buy your own trash bags, toilet paper, dish scrubby, dawn soap, hand soap etc. It was well equipped with dishes and cookware and we ate at home a lot. The master bed is ridiculously squeaky which was annoying but beds were fairly comfortable. All in all, it was a great stay and we loved being on the first floor. We will definitely be back !

Location was great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ll start with the good things: ground floor was awesome being able to walk right off the back patio and straight to the pool or beach. The complex itself is amazing. 4 different pools and hot tubs and all were so nice. The bad things: our room had a mosquito and gnat problem. When we arrived, there was water standing outside the front door. Lots of mosquitoes and gnats congregated there. Every time we opened the door to come in or go out, they would fly inside. My daughter slept in the front room the first night and woke up with bites all over her face. Gnats would fly in my ears when I was sleeping. It was awful. Also, the jet tub in the master shoots out black mold bits. King mattress was not comfortable, the furniture is not the same as the profile picture.

Small pool and hot tub very close although we did use all the pools. Condo very confortable. 3 TV but we didn't turn them on at all. Plenty of activities in Orange Beach for family. Many restaurants.

We make our reservations ahead of time so that we don't miss out on the unit that fits our vacation style. We have tried other resorts but they don't measure up to SEA CHASE.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at seachase MANY times and this unit by far was the worst. The biggest problem were the gnats and mosquitos inside. The maintenance person tried to help by using Clorox in drains but it did not help. Roaches inside. Unit needs an exterminator. The dryer door was broken and was held shut by duct tape and took 4+ cycles to dry anything. All 3 mattresses were terrible! Dishwasher rack lacked rollers. Microwave broken but was replaced during our stay. Base boards coming off the wall. Just overall needs major attention. The office was attentive but having maintenance people in your room multiple times is not a vacation.

Seachase Resort Experience

The condo unit needs some updating and refurbishing. High toilets would be nice for handicap people. But location was great. I love Seachase Resort. Very convenient to everything. Our pool was perfect, tugged away from the wind. They had a pickelball net so we played pickelball. The beach needed to be cleaned up, huge amounts of seaweed all over and the smell was bad. I had never seen that before so I'm assuming it's an oddity or seasonal and they were waiting for everything to wash up before they start clean-up.I won't let that deter me from booking again at Seachase. I love that property. Always clean, the staff tries to accommodate if possible. Security monitors who is on property. So I feel safe. I met people who had been coming for 20+ years to Seachase so that's a great testimony for the property.
