Hello Andrew, Thank you very much for shering your feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about the villa and our team´s pront attention thoughout your stay. I would, however, like to clarify a few on the points you mentioned, just to ensure future guests have accurate information. Regarding the two guest rooms with exterior access: yes, they are designed that way intentionally. These suites are completely private and independent, which is exactly why so many guests love them - they offer comfort, privacy, and beutiful views, all while being part of the main property. As for the distance from the gate, Villa Di Mare is located in Pedregal Heights, the most elevated and exclusive part of the community. Being. at the very Top of the mountain. is what gives the Villa its extraordinary panoramic views. Naturally, this means it is farther from the gate, but that is part of wath makes the experience so unique and serene. About the "ton of moths and crickets", the area does not have that issue, and our team did not observe anything out the ordinary during your stay. Pedregal is a natural mountainside environment, but we take great care with maintenance and pest control to ensure the home remains comfortable at all the times. Regarding the Hot Tub control: The system is operated though a laptop that is handled by the Property Manager. It is always programmed accordng to the times the guest requests, so the hot tub is ready and heated exactly when scheduled. There is no limitations as long as we receive the preferred times. Finally, about the arrival: you informed us in advance that your private chef and persona staff would be receiving you, so we did not conduct our usual weelcome tour to respect your preference. We did, however,, provide Chef Antonio with a full walkthough of the entire villa prior to your arrival to ensure everything was perfectly prepared for you.
