This comfortable, contemporary first floor unit in a well maintained two family in Salem offers a master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and a smaller bedroom with a full size bed, along with a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the convenience of heating throughout and AC in the living room, along with amenities including books, games and an iron. We are located around the corner from the Hocus Pocus House, a stone's throw from the glorious urban oasis of Forest River Park, which hosts the annual fall market and less than a mile from downtown. This property is the ideal home base for your trip to Salem. As a long term US SERVAS hosts, we are accustomed to hosting and happy to share as much information as you'd like while staying in our home. Minimum night stay is 2 nights but a 25% off is provided on the 3rd night if booked for 3 nights. Children over 8 years old are welcome and an extra twin bed can be provided at no cost upon request.
