** PRIVATE POOL:
The private pool has a water heating system available for an extra cost of $40 per day. This is an optional cost and should be requested in advance.

** GRILL:
The use of the grill has a fee of $35 for the entire stay. We provide the tank and gas, there is an additional tank. If both tanks are empty, please contact us and we will have them replaced between 24-48 hours.

** FREE AMENITIES AT OASIS CLUB (except Golf).

Amenities are family oriented. Come relax in one of the resort-style pools or lazy river. Play in the Kids Playground or Games Room. Stay active at the Gym & Fitness Center. Watch a movie at the Theater!

** PROPERTY:
You are allowed to access all places in the house except the Owner's locked closets. During your stay, you will also have FREE unlimited access to our OASIS CLUBHOUSE with top ranked amenities.


** AMENITIES:
Everything is included in the rate, except Golf activities.

** HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate.
** SUPPLIES:
Our Starter-Pack includes the following items:

- 1Toilet paper roll per bathroom
- 1 Mini Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap/Lotion per bathroom
- 1 paper towel roll in kitchen
- 1 garbage bag in each garbage can
- 2 dishwashing pods
- 2 laundry pods


These are complimentary items for first night, but guest is responsible for bringing their own supplies for the rest of the stay.

** FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Items like oil, vinegar, condiments, etc will not be provided prior to check in.

** TRASH DISPOSAL:
Please place trash in the brown bench outside the front door daily to keep our home clean. Only bagged trash can be placed in the bin (brown bench) or it will not be picked up.
