Important Information
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
• No parties or large gatherings
• No smoking of any kind, including marijuana
• Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM
• No motorcycle parking permitted
• Absolutely no glitter. A $500 fee will apply.
• Pool key replacement fee is $100 if lost

Security
• Lockbox entry is used to access the condo
• Ring doorbell camera installed for security
• No other cameras are located inside or outside the condo

Parking
• Guests should park along the pickleball courts across from the condo
• No parking pass is required

Pool Access
• Guests have access to the community pool area
** Use the red chip to access the pool and keep the pool bracelets with you (no need to wear them). Please return both to avoid fees.

Beach Gear
• Beach supplies are stored in the exterior closet
• Please lock the storage closet after use
• Wipe sand from all beach items before returning them
• If an item is lost or damaged, please let us know so it can be replaced for future guests

Entertainment
• Smart TVs available throughout the condo
• Guests must log in to their own streaming accounts

Family-Friendly Extras
• Cribs, highchairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats may be available upon request
• Please request these items at booking or at least 3 days before arrival
• Subject to availability

Laundry
• Two washer and dryer units are available for guest use
• Please remove sand from clothing and towels before washing
• Please clean the lint trap before each dryer use

Safety
• Fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink
• First aid kit, flashlight, and scissors provided

Trash
• Garbage bags are provided
• Please place bagged trash in the dumpsters located near the building

Checkout

1. All dishes should be washed or loaded into the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before departure.
2. Place all used towels in a pile. No need to wash them.
3. Remove all food from the refrigerator.
4. Wipe sand from beach gear and shake out towels before returning them.
5. Remove all garbage from the condo.
6. Double-check that the condo is closed and locked before departing.
7. Guests who remain in the property past the 10:00am checkout time without preapproval for late checkout will incur a fine of $50 per every 30 minutes
