This is a full home rental – you'll have the entire place to yourself including the basement, which provides the fifth bedroom and half bathroom, laundry facilities and parking for four cars/storage.

Conveniently located!! Just a short walk to the Plaza and Westport. Uber is readily available for transportation, and you can reach most destinations in Kansas City within 20 minutes from here. Additionally, the property is only a 10-minute drive from Union Station, where you can hop on the KC Streetcar for FREE!

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking.



Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fee if these rules are violated.



LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We CANNOT/ WILL NOT HOST local guests /residents (KC Metropolitan area) without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if the appropriate prescreening process is not completed.
