This beautifully newly renovated (Summer 2025) hillside home offers an escape into nature without sacrificing comfort or convenience.
As you enter the main level, youâll be greeted by a spacious open-concept living area featuring vaulted ceilings, a smart TV, and high-speed internet. The full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, and the adjacent laundry area makes extended stays a breeze. Step outside to a large, gated wrap-around deckâideal for sipping your morning coffee, reading a book on the porch swing, or enjoying a sunset cocktail with mountain views.
Upstairs, two queen bedrooms share a full bathroom and provide sweeping views of the surrounding hillsides. Downstairs, the private primary suite includes a king bed, en-suite bath, and a small yoga or meditation nook designed for reflection and relaxation. The screened lower-level deck allows you to take in the fresh mountain air, rain or shine, in total serenity.
Guests will appreciate the home`s proximity to adventure parks, hiking trails, zip-lines, wedding venues, and the drive-in theater. Downtown Blue Ridge is a short drive away, offering restaurants, shopping, breweries, and seasonal events.
Guests have access to the entire unit during the stay including two driveways areas full home and decks except the locked owners private closets and exterior shed. Entry to the areas is prohibited and any damage to locks will incur fines which you agree to when booking
We love our guests and will be guided by you on what you need. For our extended stays guests- we do visit the property for safety checks including batteries, filters and garbage with notice and during regular hours to most accommodate you
Please be sure to look at our House Rules which includes signing the required municipal agreement for stay to gain access. This includes basic rules like occupancy, trash, noise parking etc. as required by our local government. We are nestled in the mountains and surrounded by wildlife including deer, bear, peacocks and more
These are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and compliant experience for all guests. A signed guest agreement is required by local ordinance to gain access to the property. It will be emailed the week of your arrival and must be signed before check-in instructions are released. The agreement outlines local codes and policies on: Occupancy limits, Parking, Noise & quiet hours, Trash handling , Pets , Events & gatherings, Property damage, prohibited commercial activity Absolutely no parties, events, or unauthorized visitors.
QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced from 9pm TO 8AM, per local ordinance.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and fines starting at $1,000, charged to the guest
NATURE: Refunds will not be issued due to these natural elements or environmental conditions. Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural environment and may be subject to varying weather conditions, wildlife activity, and ambient noise from nature or surrounding areas. We do not make any guarantees regarding weather, wildlife behavior, or the suitability of the environment for specific activities or purposes. Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to weather events, natural occurrences, environmental noise, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SECURITY AND CAMERAS:For your safety and the security of the home, exterior cameras may be present. There are no interior cameras or surveillance of private guest areas. AND cameras are turned off at checkin. Base of driveway camera stays engaged and on for the entire visit
SMOKING AND VAPING are not permitted inside the property under any circumstance. A minimum $1,500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Underage drinking and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM (IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE AND WE KNOW ABOUT BEFORE WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF EARLY IN OR LATE OUT IS AVAILABLE IN WRITING) Guests must follow check out instructions including timing. $100 an hour will be added for late check outs not approved
