With three king suites, handcrafted Tennessee stone fireplaces, and Restoration Hardware furnishings throughout, it blends rustic charm with refined comfort. Pour a glass of wine, light a fire, and feel the stillness settle in. Wake to birdsong and soft morning light filtering through the trees. Just a 4-minute walk away, the trophy trout waters of the Toccoa River await—ideal for fly fishing or quiet riverside strolls. Set on the forested hills of Northern Georgia. The newly constructed ’Toccoa Tree Lodge` has everything you need to get away and truly relax. The 3,000-square-foot interior boasts cathedral ceilings, reclaimed wood walls, restoration hardware furnishings throughout and the best cozy tree house you’ll ever find (including a grand piano).

Natural light streams into the main living area, where leather seating and reclaimed hardwood floors invite you to kick back and relax. Downstairs you`ll find the game room equipped with a vintage foosball table, TV, fireplace, vintage classic boards games, poker and the most comfy fluffy bean bag chairs ever!

Take your culinary creations outdoors and cook on the gas grill. When you`re ready to eat, gather at the 6-person table to dine al fresco.

Numerous adventures await. A short few minute walk to the Toccoa river that you can flyfish, go kayaking or tubing. Floating down a river a little slow for your style? Then hit up Rolling Thunder River Company for some of the best white water rafting in the country or Zip Line Canopy Tours of Blue Ridge for some of the best sites around!

At the end of each fun-filled day, take a soak in the 6-person hot tub then gather around the fire pit to unwind in the peacefulness of your woodland retreat. When you`re ready to turn in for the night, you’ll melt into the cozy king size beds with soft linen sheets and cozy blankets.

Access to River -
When heading out of driveway go down the hill, follow the road until you get to an `intersection` and just to the left of the Giant Emerald trees you will see a pathway down to the river! Please be safe and respect others owners private properties. Please message us if you have any questions.

‘Toccoa Tree Lodge’ sits between Blue Ridge, GA and McCaysville, GA/Copperhill, TN. Head up to McCaysville for some local beer or take a quick drive to the cute town of Blue Ridge and spend the afternoon shopping local goods or grabbing lunch.

We’re only located about 90 miles from North Atlanta. Set in the close to downtown mountains of Blue Ridge, also be sure to visit the charming areas around our neck of the woods!

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, flat-screen TV`s, coffee maker, furnished decks, gas grill, fire pit, private back yard w/huge porch/decks, 6-person hot tub and more.

*Sorry, no pets without owners prior written consent - This is a strict rule and is in place to keep the furniture in amazing condition, to maintain the cleanliness of the home, and to protect guests with pet allergies. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate loss of your deposit.

Security / Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $2,500 is required and will be released after check-out if no damages are found.

COVID-19 SANITIZATION
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This is a luxury rental property please follow all house rules below..

Upon check-in guests are responsible for inspecting the home and notifying hosts of any damages - Simply provide clear photographs and descriptions via the booking app.


No shoes inside.
No visitors or guests.
No fires on any patios.
No weddings / parties / events.
No confetti, or glitter of any kind.
No decorating without prior written approval, taping, or adhering of any product to any property structures.
Do not move furniture or decor.
Absolutely no smoking on property.
Maximum of 6 people in hot tub at any one time.
All checkout steps all must be preformed as stated.
Do not unplug or move ANY interior speakers. (This will ensue charges).
Grey wash cloths are for makeup removal only, do not use white towels for this.
Do not use countertops for cutting or opening bottles, please use cutting boards for protection.
No recreational vehicles, buses, or trailers to be on property. No more than 3 vehicles in total per booking.
No bachelor or bachelorette parties without prior written consent by owners. No commercial photo or video shoots.
For consideration of a partial refund guests must cancel their reservation upon check in, as to make dates available for replacement reservations.
Please leave windows and doors closed in treehouse, heat/ humidity/cold will damage piano. Treehouse to stay at 72 degrees in summer and 65 in winter.
We offer early check ins/ late check out (if available) at $50 per hour, must be approved in writing in advance.

We allow dogs under 30 pounds ($200 per, pet fee) max 2 pets. Pet rules -
No pets on furniture / bedding.
All pets must be crated while unattended
Freshly groomed nails as not to damage floors etc
No leashes attached while inside (claws scratch the floors)
Please pick up after your pets

Refundable damage deposit of $2,500 is released after check-out if no damages are found. Failure to comply with house rules, payment terms, or checkout procedures may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
