Situé dans la nouvelle partie de Lehigh, cet établissement est à quelques minutes de l'aéroport, du stade Jet Blue, de la I75 et du centre-ville de Fort Myers. Ce bijou a été entièrement rénové, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Fraîchement décoré et peint, avec climatiseur neuf, réfrigérateur, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, laveuse et sécheuse. Carrelé partout. Meubles en marbre et cuir dans le salon et la salle à manger. Nouvelle télévision à écran plat de 54 pouces avec chaînes thématiques par satellite. Les 3 chambres ont de nouveaux lits queen size. La chambre principale a une deuxième télévision. Internet haut débit. Téléphone fourni avec numérotation gratuite vers le Canada et les États-Unis. Nouvelle véranda de 500 pieds carrés, barbecue au propane et meubles de patio. Grande cour arrière clôturée.

We stayed here for a month while family was in town and it was a lovely home. Property manager easy to get in contact with and always kept us up to date when things occurred with the property or in the area. Would 100% recommend.

We Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay! The screened porch and fenced yard were an added enjoyment for us and our dog. The house is located at the end of a quiet dead-end street, and it was easy to get to. It was also located in a convenient area to get to other places. We were there for ten days, and it was a nice getaway from our cold Minnesota winter!

We enjoyed the house and the owners were wonderful. They were great to work with and answered any question we had. It was nice that the house was at the end of street, not a lot of traffic. Liked that it was pet friendly. We would love to stay there again.

Comfort family home with fabulous screened porch

The home was a comfortable family home with a great screen porch overlooking the fenced backyard. My dogs loved the yard and we loved the quiet neighborhood. It was an easy drive to stores and restaurants. The community pool was lovely.

Our home away from home

We wanted a comfortable place where we could be "snowbirds", yet feel at home and enjoy the city we were in. This house met all those requirements and also welcomed our pet. It was within reach of many restaurants and shopping areas as well as good local establishments. We enjoyed our 3 months in the large lanai too, sunny and warm.

As advertised

A very nice place to stay at in Lehigh Acres. We were able to make ourselves at home for the couple of weeks that we needed to stay there until we could close on our house. Is everything about the place perfect? Not necessarily. But for the cost of the stay and the duration of the stay, it's pretty much everything you could ask for.

Comfortable Home

This property is great. It has a wonderful screened in Florida room, a grill, as well as laundry machines and a dish washer. There are many, many towels, dishtowels, and washcloths as well as the most complete set of kitchenware a person could ever need. The owners are kind people who respond instantly. Don't hesitate.

I am sorry you feel that way. House rules regarding leaving are in place to allow a window of 5 hours to clean. Although we reminded you to be out by 11 since new renters were arriving by 4:00, you felt it was okay to send the cleaning lady away until 2:00, and even then stayed in your trailer in front of the house until 7:00 pm and demanded we provide electricity so you could be comfortable in your air conditioned trailer. Best of luck in your new home.

A wonderful roomy house!

This house was so beautiful! It was wonderfully clean. All new upkeep done. New furniture throughout. Appliances were all new. It was like walking into a 5 Star hotel. It makes you want to keep it clean and was easy to clean on our final day. Plenty of room to be comfortable. The Lanai was furnished nicely and allowed for the youth in the group to play games at the table. Plenty of space. Groundskeeper came to do the lawns one day and made you realized that the owners take pride in their property. Friendly neighbors across the street. It was at a dead end street so it was very quiet. I will for sure stay here again. Very low price as it did not have a pool....we did not want one and not on the beach. Not a problem for us. You will enjoy this home! Paula Sue Ralston

Owners were very responsive home was as listed quiet neighborhood great for the kids to play. We enjoyed staying here as we got our home ready we had bought in the area. Kitchen well equipped I would suggest a few plastic cups and plates that are washable as glass isn’t very kid friendly but overall we loved it thank you

We stayed here for about 2 weeks waiting to close on a home purchase. This house was perfect for our needs and very conveniently located near major stores and downtown Ft Myers. The kitchen was well stocked and having a pantry with items we could use on arrival was great. The owners just ask that you replace what you use. Our golden retriever loved the large, fenced yard. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful holiday!!

My husband and I stayed for the month of March 2022. We travelled with our fur baby. We were very comfortable in this home. Had everything we needed plus extras. Very well kept property in and out, also very clean. Loved the large Lanai that was so well furnished. We felt very secure there with the security features that were installed on the property. Lovely fenced in back yard for our dog to wander. Neighbourhood was well looked after and the neighbours were very quiet and friendly. The owners were so nice to us and informed us of happenings in Canada regarding Covid restrictions. We were in touch with them a couple of times just to let each other know how things were going. Very approachable people and so very friendly. Most highly recommend this place!! We also hope to return.

great property loved the big lanai and the back yard very quiet and homey feel on a dead end road so that was nice. host were very apt to answer any questions we had and keep us informed on people coming over to do any thing at the house. will stay again

Don't waste your money

Very disappointed. Well taken photos portray the property in a much better light than the reality. Patched mattress in one bedroom. Plywood used to support all mattresses. Ancient stove. Live and dead roaches a common sight. TV not working upon arrival. Bed covers all had horrible smell and had to be washed immediately. Windows are all sealed shut making it unsafe to exit in the event of fire. Blinds can not be raised or lowered. May want to replace mattresses.

Thank you Kate for taking the time to review. I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay and now understand why you left the place without doing any of the minor tasks we request. If you have never seen modern blinds you probably are not aware that they just pull up and down without strings, to prevent children from being strangled. Windows do have a locking clip that must be turned to open. I do think in the event of a fire, exiting through the back door would be easier. Florida beetles are common in the area, and often confused for cockroaches. We have pest control people every 2 months,, but we will increase the frequency. We bought the house 7 years ago, and everything was brand new. The bed in the master bedroom is one year old. We will replace the others when we come there this year. The television needs to be plugged in to work. We wish you good luck finding a 3 bedroom home that is pet friendly at this price.

Temporary home

I just moved to the area for work. I needed a place to stay while my home was being built. This house was perfect. Love that it had three bedrooms and a fenced in yard for my two dogs. The price couldn't be beat and it is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Fort Myers beach is less than hour away too.

Good choice if you have dogs

We rented for 3 months while our house was built. Not many places will take two large dogs. Thankfully they did & also had a fenced yard. Owner is very responsive to issues. We had a few & all were fixed promptly. It is hard to keep the home clean with the yard mostly sand, dirt, weeds & some grass. I vacuumed the tile floor every day . Price is reasonable for what you get. Neighbors are quiet & friendly.

After four years of wintering in this area we decided it was where we wanted to be. Great weather, great shopping, great restaurants. What more could you ask for?

We fell in love with this home because of its location, its great layout, huge lanai, and large fenced in yard. It is the last house on a quiet cul-de-sac, so we have little traffic or noise.
