Une maison de plage classique avec une vue incroyable! La maison en bord de mer fournit des équipements pour une expérience de détente surplombant la baie d'Indian River, à seulement quelques kilomètres de l'océan à Bethany Beach et des promenades de Rehoboth et d'Oean City.
Que vous cherchiez à vous évader pour le calme et la détente, les activités familiales, le golf ou si vous êtes un pêcheur de cœur, cette maison de vacances est faite pour vous. La maison côtière est située à la marina de Vines Creek qui peut subvenir à tous vos besoins en matière de pêche. Comme cadeau inclus pour nos visiteurs, nous vous invitons à apporter votre bateau / jet ski / canoë ou kayak et à vous lancer à la rampe de la marina sur place pendant votre séjour. Vous vous sentez aventureux? Le personnel de la marina peut vous organiser des excursions de pêche ou des locations de stand-up paddle.
Les caractéristiques de la maison de charme, 4 chambres pouvant accueillir 7 (1 lit queen, 2 doubles, 1 twin) et 2 salles de bains. Un salon spacieux qui s'ouvre sur le porche offrant une vue panoramique sur la baie d'Indian River. Profitez de votre café matinal en admirant la vue depuis le porche ou sortez sur le pont et prenez une chaise pour profiter du coucher du soleil.
Beaucoup d'activités locales pour vous tenir occupé toute la semaine. Nous sommes à moins de 20 minutes en voiture de fantastiques brasseries et établissements vinicoles, de parcours de golf au bord de l'eau et de nombreuses aventures familiales! Si vous recherchez l'exclusivité, il vous suffit de franchir la porte qui mène à notre petite plage de pierres précieuses située devant la baie. C'est parfait pour les petits!
La chambre principale a un lit queen, beaucoup d'espace de stockage et salle de bain privée. Réveillez-vous avec une vue imprenable sur la baie. Deux chambres ont des lits doubles et la quatrième chambre a un lit double avec la pièce pour un lit pliant ou un berceau pour enfants. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat. Il y a une salle de bain complète située en face des chambres d'amis. Profitez de la douche extérieure après une longue journée au soleil. Allumez le barbecue en plein air et dînez en été sur le pont ou dans le sable aux tables de pique-nique ci-dessous. L'air salé appelle ... RESERVEZ!

Relaxed

Our stay at the Shore House was great! We arrived late, but that was not a problem at all and we could arrange the paperwork the next morning. The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable to escape the humid heat. The ladies running the marina are very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful value, amazing views

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Shore House. It is spacious inside, very clean, well furnished, and has everything you need for a relaxing time. The kids had a blast at the little swimming lagoon and private beach just a quick walk from the home. We loved sitting out on the screened in porch and enjoying the stunning view and magnificent sunsets. The location is also perfect for exploring all the Delaware beaches on day trips. Valerie was great to communicate with and arrival/getting the keys was very smooth. Would highly recommend this house.

Relaxing Bay home

We booked this as a last minute stay for our family vacation before School started for the kids. We were ecstatic that we found such a cool place for such a good value. Though this was not right on the beach it is smack dab on the bay with awesome sunsets that look over the bay and marsh. Because the house is raised off ground it made the views even better. Bethany beach is only 6 miles down the road and was actually very convenient and easy to get to from the house. However if you just don't want to make the trip to the beach one day they do have a small sandy beach next to the condo that was great when you need to keep the kids occupied. They also have two swings under the condo with a pick nick bench and sand play area. Its a great place to set up your beach chair and put your feet in the sand while sipping on your morning coffee while the kids play in the sand. If you like to fish or have a boat you cannot beat this place as the marina is just outside your door step. The marina shop even serves breakfast sandwich's. We did not order anything but the food did look good. The marina store has a well equiped tackle and bait shop. There are several restaurants with in a few miles including a ice cream shop! The condo itself was comfortable, and well equipped. It is one level so its great for kids. It also has a great deck and sunroom that looks over the bay. We will certainly consider this property again.

Comfortable

Very nice and plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. Quiet area and nice view. Communication with property mgmt was quick and she is very nice. ReallY appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. The only downfall was the steps in and out of the unit which was rough if you have leg/knee issues. Overall it was nice!

Quiet little retreat

Our family really enjoyed this rental and it's location. Not too far from the beach and right on the water making early morning fishing in the canoe and paddle boarding really simple. The location is in between everything...we did Lewes, Rehoboth, the Inlet, Bethany, Ocean City and Assateague all in one week. Also got to try our hand at crabbing at nearby Holts Landing State Park. Valerie was super helpful and easy to get a hold of if needed. We'd rent again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful experience for our unique family

Our 6-person family spent a wonderful week at this property in August 2021. We have two college-aged daughters and two children under 4, including an 18-month-old boy who is into everything! We chose this house because it offered everything that we were looking for in a property including, but not limited to, 4 bedrooms, large living/play space, outside space, great views, and access to a kid-friendly beach. Valerie was also wonderful to deal with throughout the process, and was very flexible. Overall, we were very satisfied and the house delivered as listed. We highly recommend this property!

Great, peaceful vacation

The Shore House was perfect for my family! So glad we brought our kayaks, the private beach was just right for my small grandchildren. Really nice to be able to walk to it. The house was very clean and fit our needs to a tee!

Sunset resort

The house was perfect, on the marsh with fantastic sunsets. there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The private beach was perfect for the kids to go paddle boarding and Bethany Beach was only 10 minutes away. We had a blast!

Fantastic property with awesome views

Family summer vacation

Loved the stay. If you don't want to be within the busy and loud beach areas but still want to be within a 30 min drive to all the beaches, this is a great option. The sunsets were spectacular. Walking to the private beach to enjoy the water, to fish and crab was very relaxing. It was a great option for my large family who just wanted to relax and enjoy eachother's company. Valerie and her mom were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to spending future summer vacations and other Fall weekend getaway opportunities at this great location.

Quiet home, beautiful sunsets, wonderful owners, spacious living space, close beaches /beach towns

Our family wasn't sure where we wanted to go, just sure we wanted to try Delaware. We were so pleasantly surprised. The short drive to the beach allowed us to try different beaches and different beach towns, that we never explored when staying beachfront in the past. GREAT choice. The owners were so welcoming and there for any questions we had, even area recommendations. The house was clean, well stocked, and had so much room for our family of 10. We also rented the cottage next door for our parents and other family members who wanted a quiet space to escape to. Will absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Great view of the marsh and bay

Our family had a very relaxing stay at the Shore House. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was a good size for preparing meals as we don't eat out every evening. The deck is perfect for watching the sunsets over the bay and listening to the marsh sounds. The location was nice if you don't want to stay right in the thick of things, but close enough for easy day trips to Bethany Beach or Delaware Seashore State Park. Valerie responded very quickly and was so gracious to push back our stay a couple of days due to a family medical issue. Even though located at the edge of a neighborhood, it was very quiet and peaceful in the evenings!

Great placr

We just returned from a week at the Shore House. What a nice house. The views were awesome and the house comfortably accommodated 8 people. It was nice that the bedrooms were all at one end so if people wanted to sit up late to talk and play games you didn't disturb anyone who was sleeping. My son and daughter-in-law loved crabbing off the pier. The marina was well maintained and the owners were extremely helpful with anything we needed. Thanks for a great week.

Great Time! Beautiful Place

We were pleasantly surprised at how well this house worked out for our family. Very comfortable layout, with room to spread out. The open kitchen/livingroom/enclosed porch- was awesome. You could easily talk with everyone and prepare dinner. Lots of windows which provided a nice breeze and light through out. The decor is bright and colorful- loved it! The marina itself is beautiful...clean, everything looks new right down to the gravel parking lot! I was a little anxious about staying where we might hear people coming and going at all hours- none of that. Quiet- we felt like we owned the place. The kids rode the bikes around, crabbed off the dock & did cartwheels on the lawn. You can't ask for better than that. I would definitely stay here again!

Loads of Character, Nicely Appointed, and FABULOUS Sunsets!

We just returned from a week at the Shorehouse at Vines Creek Marina. Everyone in our group loved the house. The description and pictures are accurate, but nothing could have described the stunning sunset views we saw from the deck most evenings. We visited Rehoboth Beach, Ocean City, and Fenwick State Beach from our central location, as well as the Tanger Outlets north of Rehoboth. The Vines Creek Marina family were so welcoming and helpful. There was always someone at the marina to help, and they even loaned us a crockpot! We had parking for four cars, and we were offered use of the marina's canoe, which was a big hit with the college-age "kids." We could have rented sheets (we brought our own), and they even left us a welcome "bucket and pail" for the beach that was filled with goodies upon our arrival...what a nice surprise! We hope to return again next summer for more sunset celebrations!
