Cinq chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain maison familiale avec cuisine (cuisinière à 4 feux et 2 fours), salle à manger, salon, salle familiale, véranda fermée, petite terrasse à manger, terrasse avec cheminée et divans et petite structure de jeu pour les enfants. Vue à 270 degrés sur l'océan. Narragansett Town Beach est à seulement 1 mile au nord et Scarborough State Beach à environ 2 miles au sud. A cinq minutes en voiture du ferry Block Island à Pt. Judith, à 25 minutes en voiture du ferry rapide Martha's Vineyard et Newport est à environ 20 minutes en voiture. Parfait pour des vacances tranquilles en famille ou une location à long terme pour un professeur d'URI.

Perfect for our group of 9! The pictures truly do not do this place justice — it’s even better in person. Everything was sparkling clean, and there was more space than we knew what to do with (which made it feel so relaxing and never crowded). Such a seamless, comfortable stay from start to finish. A true 5-star gem — we would absolutely come back!

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at this house in Narragansett. We had a group of 7 adults and 2 teenagers, and the house accommodated everyone comfortably with plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. The views are absolutely amazing and were one of the highlights of the trip.The house was also incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, from coffee makers and a toaster to serving platters and kitchen essentials, which made cooking and gathering together very easy. It really felt like the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for larger families or groups looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Narragansett.

A fantastic property with a stunning view! Our group of 9 women had plenty of space inside and out to enjoy our 4 night stay. Priscilla was right on top of communicating with us whenever we had a question. Plenty of gathering areas to enjoy sitting and talking or playing games. Highly recommend!

The pictures do not do it justice!!!! This view is breathtaking from every angle! There is so much room in the house, you never feel cramped into one space. The host had everything you needed/could think of! We enjoyed walking to Sea Craft for lunch. Ubers were very easy to get and not too far of a drive to Newport! Would highly recommend this for families or a group of friends!

The Perfect Family Vacation!

This home and yard exceeded our expectations for 8 adults and 2 children! The pictures are an accurate reflection of the property. Stunning views! I can't say enough good things about the owner, Priscilla. Her responses to any questions we had was immediate. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with an even more beautiful view!

My family and I absolutely loved our weekend stay in this beautiful home! The house was spacious, cozy, clean and absolutely beautiful. There was more than enough room for the 10 of us and the property owners provided us with absolutely everything we could possibly need. The patio, firepit and view were spectacular - the perfect spot for a cocktail in the evening. We loved the house so much we even canceled our dinner reservations so we could stay in and enjoy the accommodations longer! Priscilla and Jim were both extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. It was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The views and the grounds are stunning. We were able to walk to Monahan’s for lobster rolls, which was such a treat. The host was very responsive. I really can’t say enough about this vacation rental - we can’t wait to go back!

Breathtaking views and beautiful house

Our group of 10 adults absolutely loved this house! It is much bigger than the pictures show. We spent most of our time out on the enclosed back porch and in the yard when weather permitted. The windows seats were another popular spot for reading or having coffee. Our only complaint was the lack of a microwave oven. We do many of these group trips to different locations and this one was one of the best!

Perfect Home To Make Family Memories

Stayed here with my family for my wedding weekend and it was the perfect house for us. My grandmother absolutely loved the views and the porch was the perfect place for her to relax and take in the ocean breeze. We made so many amazing memories here, and we so appreciated the hospitality. We hope to bring our children here one day, and share all the memories we made here with them! Thank you for everything!

Incredible home with amazing views

The pictures don't give it justice. This home is beautiful, massive and perfect for our group of 10 (three families.) Pricilla was the most gracious host, checking in to make sure everything was in order and was VERY responsive when VRBO didn't email the check-in instructions :). We're really hoping to come back summer 2021. Thanks for everything Pricilla!

Relaxing getaway with all the comforts. The house is very large and had plenty of space for everyone

We were a group of 6 Adults and loved the fact that this house had different separate area were we could work and relax. The outdoor has a nice sitting area with a fire pit and a lot of grass area. The view of the Ocean was unbelievable. There are a lot of stairs in the house, for us was fine, we were getting our daily exercise. We were sorry for not been able to bring our small dog, the owner does not allow it. Overall this is a beautiful house with all the comforts you need.

Wonderful!

We booked with Priscilla literally in the middle of the night two days prior to our stay, due to another booking cancelling on us last minute. She was super fast to reply, always attentive and answered all of our questions before, during and after our stay! The property and neighborhood is just gorgeous and the house was comfortable and clean! The game room with own games was so awesome And the fire pit was great too ! You can’t really get bored here!
