A chef’s dream with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, glassware, and a coffee setup for your morning brew.

Dining Room:
The dining area features a table and kitchen island that comfortably seats ten, making it perfect for group meals.

Master Bedroom:
A serene retreat with a king bed, nightstands, dresser, chaise lounge chair and a flat-screen with AppleTV loaded with streaming and games. The private master bath features a vanity, toilet, and walk-in tile shower.

The yard provides ample space for play, and there’s parking for three cars in the driveway.There is a fully fenced dog run in the back yard for Fido to stretch his legs (20X20). Brand new pool with heat available. (Seasonal: May-October; Pool Heat: $50/day with 48hr notice)

We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK-IN FORM
Booking Guest will be required to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of our North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a Check-in Form.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ PET-FRIENDLY
Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation with a $100 pet fee. 2 Dogs MAX. ★ DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE POOL or POOL AREA ★ There will be a $500 charge for extra cleaning if there is evidence of pets on the green turf area or in the pool. There is a gated pup run for your dogs enjoyment.
