Our beautiful ranch-style home is on the 2nd floor of a townhome in the gated Coconut Shores Community, nestled on the Gulf of America between Fort Myers and Naples. This 2000+ sq. ft. townhome includes a dedicated 2 car garage with impeccable epoxy floor. The master bedroom has French doors out to the expansive, bright, and breezy lanai, two walk-in closets, and a large bathroom with separate water closet. The master bathroom is spacious with two separate vanities, shower, and soaker tub. A second master bedroom has a Sleep Number king bed and en-suite full bathroom. Our third bedroom has a trundle bed that creates two twin beds and has French doors opening onto the opposite side of the full width lanai. This third bedroom also features a desk making it a convenient office option. The great room space boasts a vaulted ceiling, arched doorways, and connects with the dining room on one side and a luxurious door wall to the lanai. Entertainment in the great room features comfy leather reclining sofa and couch, a 42 inch TV and entertainment center including DVD player and cable. High speed WiFi range reaches throughout the house and garage. The great room triple sliding door wall opens up to that expansive lanai, which runs the full span of the house. A large and still cozy den/ media room over the garage has a couch that pulls out to a queen size bed. This room is also ideal as an office or game room and has a 55 inch Roku TV and matching leather reclining chair. The eat-in kitchen has all newer appliances including stove, stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher. Our kitchen is equipped with all the small appliance essentials - coffee pots, toaster, blender, hand mixer, and juicer. Next to the kitchen is a sizeable laundry room with washer, dryer, utility sink, and storage. The two car garage has room for storage. Our new Blackstone griddle is expertly conditioned and ready to deliver sizzling meals.

The Coconut Shores Community includes a large swimming pool, hot tub, pavilion, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, shuffle board, and a gym exclusive to Coconut Shores Community members and guests.

Lots of attractive shopping and dining options are very nearby at Coconut Pointe. Lovers Key State Park and Bonita Beach are nearby for your sunny enjoyment. Getting here is an easy 20 minute drive south from speedy Fort Myers airport.

The rental duration is a minimum of 3 months and occurring between September through May (i.e. June/July/August are not available for rent).

Renters are subject to application process and approval by homeowner and Coconut Shores Community HOA.
