NEW LISTING! Welcome to Splendor! Luxury ground floor condo within the pristine and private gated golf neighborhood of Spring Run in The Brooks community. Open and airy 2 bed/ 2 bath condo features a modern kitchen with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped with all your cooking needs including coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, pots & pans, bottle/wine opener, plates & utensils. Spacious and sunny living room with open dining, large flat screen TV, couch, recliner, side chair, and large coffee table. Master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed & new memory foam mattress. Master suite has full bath with double vanities, and a large walk in closet. Guest room furnished with a Queen bed & new memory foam mattress, also night stand & smart TV. Nicely furnished lanai overlooks the picturesque 5th hole of golf course and has spectacular sunrise views!

Grab your clubs! The private Audubon certified golf course at Spring Run offers a 72 par championship course designed by Gordon Lewis with five tees available for all levels of players, an aquatic driving range, putting green, and pro shop! The course was newly seeded this past year and is in exceptional shape. The club house was just rennovated this sunmer! Pool with outdoor Oasis bar, restaurant indoor & out overlooking the beautiful golf course! Boccee ball with large fire pit, tennis courts, and a fitness room. (Pictures yet to come on clubhouse - just almost completed!)

Beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and 2 bikes are extras included at the Splendor unit.

Splendor resides in the Winding Stream community within Spring Run, one of four neighborhoods within the Brooks. An ideal location in South west Florida, situated between Fort Myers Sanibel area and Naples. Beautiful white sand beaches are within a 15 minute drive! Other amenities at Spring Run include the Winding Stream pool and hot tub only steps away from the Splendor unit. Spring Run also offers clay tennis courts, bocce courts, a large fitness facility with spa services, and more!

The picturesque Coconut Point Town shopping/dining center is only a 2 minute drive from the Brooks community. Lots of great dining and shopping all around the area. Also state parks, nature centers, putt putt golf, the Naples zoo, Naples pier, and more! We promise, you won’t want to leave this paradise!

(Please note! There is a non-refundable application fee of $100 you will send in with aporoval form for rental. Once aporoved its $500 for the golf/club transfer fee)

We happen to be GOLD members in Spring Run giving us access to the The Brooks Commons Club. This means we have additional amenities available for an additional fee. The Commons club includes a large fitness center overlooking a picturesque lake home to many wading/roosting birds, pickle ball, Rookery restaurant, and spa. Special weekend events such as concerts and movies on the property as well. We also belong to the private beach club on Bonita Beach, another amenity that can be added to your stay.

Winter 2024

We very much enjoy our stay at Spring Run. The golf course is always in great shape and is very playable for the average golfer. Pace of play could be better, averaging4 hours and 20 minutes, but because of the age of many members, slow play is expected. The Splendor unit is very comfortable and the views from the lanai is one of the best of the several units that we have rented. We’re already looking forward to our return in 2025.

Splendor in March

Amy and Matt are fantastic hosts. The property is very clean and nicely decorated. This was our first time sleeping on memory foam mattresses, and we found them to be quite comfortable. Amy and Matt are extremely responsive to any questions/concerns. Spring Run is central to many restaurants and shopping is close by. We would definitely stay here again.
