Enjoyable clean pools and east access to beach - beautiful sand! Parking was easy and we all felt safe.Beautiful view from the 25th floor! Accommodations were very nice and washer/dryer in unit was handy!

Wonderful property for a large family or multi-family vacation! The unit was very clean and very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities and there was plenty of room to gather for meals or game night. The view is breathtaking. The pool was great for adults and children of all ages and the walk to the beach was short and simple. I highly recommend this unit!

Host went out of his way to help out with the amenities we needed really appreciated that. Amazing condo with amazing views.

We had a great stay! The view from the room is incredible. The bedrooms were spacious. All of the furnishings are clean, comfortable and new. We loved the ice maker and used it regularly. The pool was nice and includes a lazy river and water slide.

Would be nice if they had a holding room for luggage for early arrivals. The listing says "Penthouse". When I think of a penthouse, I think of the entire top floor. It was not. Paid way too much since it was not. Management Company failed to check coffee maker (Keurig broke), guest toilet lose (pulling away from the wall), deck was not swept or mopped (dirt, sand, food, roach), kitchen mat is very soiled (needs replaced or to be scrubbed), many knives missing, tupperware containers missing (have lids no bottom or bottom with no lid), needs a deep cleaning (baseboards, laundry area and walls). We did not notify the management company of these matters since all fees were paid upfront-didn't want to have to wait around for people to make repairs or clean. Management company provided very few essential items (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, bath soap, laundry soap, etc) This would've been an additional expense-but the host came thru for us! This is the most I've paid for any VRBO rental (including Hawaii). Wanted something 1st class and all-inclusive. Even parking was not free for 1 vehicle. FYI: There are no spices in the cabinets & no starter coffee or filters provided. Host & location 5 stars.

I also wanted to clarify that our listing describes the property as a Penthouse corner unit condo within Phoenix Gulf Shores II and does not advertise it as being the entire top floor. We also do disclose in the listing that a starter supply of essential items is provided, with additional supplies typically needed for longer stays. That said, I understand wanting a seamless experience when traveling, which is why I was happy to go above and beyond to provide an early check in for you and the additional items during your stay. I'm glad we were able to help with those items and that you and your family were able to enjoy the condo, the beautiful views, and the location.
