No Smoking

• Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250.00 cleaning fee.

Makeup, self-tanning products, hair dye, and similar substances must not be used on towels or bedding.

Furniture & Property Care
• Furniture must not be moved.
• Any damage resulting from moving furniture will be charged.
• Guests must report damages immediately.

Housekeeping During Stay
• Daily housekeeping is not included.
• Mid-stay cleaning available upon request for an additional fee according to unit size.

Commercial Use
• The unit may not be used for commercial purposes, photoshoots, filming, or business activities without prior approval.

Building Rules
• Guests must comply with all building and HOA rules.
• Any fines imposed by the building due to guest actions will be passed to the guest.

Lost Items
