Great host and a great experience! We stayed here while attending Hot August Nights 2026 and everything was perfect. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy for us. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again for Hot August Nights. Highly recommended!

The condo is a studio. Location is the best thing about this property which was exactly what i wanted right on the riverwalk. Walking distance to bars, casinos and restaurants. Bathroom and shower were small. Parking was extra and in a different location. There are two temporary parking spots for loading and unloading which were often occupied

This sweet little condo was perfect for our weekend stay! It was immaculate, cozy, and a great location close to everything in downtown Reno. Instructions for arriving and departing were very clear, and any communication between myself, and the host was positive and my questions answered immediately. I highly recommend this condo, perfect for two people!

Christina was a great host and available when needed. Fantastic location! We’ll have to go back when construction is complete. Everything we needed was in walking distance, and we felt safe.

This is a darling unit and located in a spot right on the river. Very convenient for downtown Reno. The host gave me details instructions that worked perfectly.

Communication with host was great. Apartment is spacious. Parking takes some forethought especially if opting to park in offsite garage. Although the walk to and from accommodation was short and pleasant. There was a very saturated and strong smell of smoke and marijuana that existed off and on in the bathroom several times a day. (We had to ensure the door remained closed and did not keep any clothing in the bathroom) It seemed to possibly come from a common vent. This was communicated to host and they were quick to express a willingness to try to remedy this in the future. Definitely a great location - steps to river, Wingfield Park and several restaurants.

The condo was really cute, clean, and perfect for our stay. I would stay here again. A few things that might help others when staying here. 1. Consider adding a photo of the the access screen on the outside of the building so future guests can find it quickly2. ParkingA. Mention the parking situation in the description so others know before booking the condo that there isn't parking avaliable on site B. Make sure the key card is actually in the place told to look, I was told it would be hamging up and I had to search before finding it in a drawerThe beds were really comfortable thanks for so many pillow options. I was surprised at the quality of the couch mattress! (We didn't have sheets for it, so we made do with just blankets) Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Absolutely comfy bed and bedding! Will return again just for that alone! Great location within walking distance to casinos, park, river, shopping and food. We came in town for work and last minute looked for a place and found this one and it was easy to book and get information needed to stay. Just a few things I could have used:USB connectionsWash cloths Plug stopper for kitchen sink (to wash dishes)We did rent a car and needed to park it in the garage available is block or two away and it’s entry is actually on 1st street. We did use the building laundry snd it’s not 2.50 in quarters. You need to download app and pay (deposit) minimum of 10.00 in order to use. Wash / dry cost 1.50 eaWe had a great stay and loved the roof top view! Thank you!
