Discover our spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath home at Retro Rainbow Herb River Hideaway, perfect for families, friends, and pet guests. Just a short walk from the dock and river access, you'll enjoy making memories on our large outdoor patio, complete with dining tables, a bar, ping pong, cornhole, and giant Jenga! Located only 8.5 miles from downtown Savannah and a scenic 30-minute drive to Tybee Island, our home is a great retreat. We provide both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect.

Upon arrival, you will find a parking pad outside the screened-in patio. After you have parked, you will access the home through the patio to enter the house. Once inside, you will be greeted by our open concept living area. You will have access to a 70" TV complete with Roku in the living room. Multiple couches (including a queen-sized sleeper sofa) ensure plenty of space to relax and chill out. The dining room is connected to both the living room and the kitchen. It has an oversized farmhouse-style table with benches and chairs. This table easily seats 8 adults comfortably. Our kitchen is newly updated with stainless steel appliances and the basics you will need to settle in and feel "at home." With 5 generously sized bedrooms, there should be plenty of room for large families or groups to find a space that fits their needs. Bedroom #1 has a king-sized bed with an additional queen-sized sleeper sofa. This room serves as the master suite and has its own bathroom and an additional 50" TV complete with Roku. Bedroom #2 is perfect for the kids! With two twins over full bunk beds, you can comfortably sleep 6 kids in this room! Bedroom #3 has a queen-sized bed and shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with bedroom #4 with two full-size beds. Bedroom #5 rounds out the sleeping arrangements with a king-size bed. Our home has 3 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer on-site, and a wonderful covered porch complete with a bar, lots of seating, and plenty of fun and games for all ages! While our house does have a wheel chair ramp our house is NOT ADA compliant. Guests will not have to navigate any stairs with exception to the master suite which has two steps leading down into the room. It also consists of different games such as volleyball, corn hole, ladder toss, and more!

Please note, One of the king bedrooms requires you to go down a few stairs, the rest are all on the main level!

For dock access, walk across the street. There is a little parking lot with a Patriot Family Homes sign between the condos and the orange duplex. By the water, there is a metal gate leading to a long double decker dock. Please fill out the dock waiver to receive the gate code.

With a gorgeous view and easy access to everything that makes Savannah so charming, you will find yourself right at home in our sweet southern retreat! NOTE: Please pardon our construction as some of our other units in the Retro Rainbow are currently still undergoing renovations. It's nothing major and should not interfere with your stay :)
