Les condominiums de chantier naval sont situés dans le complexe annexe de Truman, situ�� à 2 pâtés de maisons de la rue Duval et de toutes les attractions de la vieille ville de Key West. Les propriétés sont également situées ¼ mile de l'une des plus belles plages de l'île. Les unités de chantier naval sont des copropriétés de plain-pied dotées de cours privées au premier niveau. Toutes les propriétés sont équipées avec laveuse / sécheuse, pots; casseroles, draps de bain, climatisation centrale, parking extérieur et accès à la piscine. Ce condo est situé au rez-de-jardin et dispose d’une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et dans les deux chambres. HBO est inclus. Appareils en acier inoxydable.

Island Time Stay

Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Pool was great and met nice people there. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel often & I rely heavily on past reviews when booking a property so I feel they should be honest. The condo is extremely small and there is no inside dining area. The bedding is in desperate need of replacement. It was clean and in a nice location. We did get to use the pool and that was kept at a nice temperture and very clean. Overall we had a nice vacation and the staff was very accomodating and friendly.

Island Time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect! Great location. 2.5 blocks from Duval but in a very quiet neighborhood. You would never know that you were that close to all of the action and partying. The place was absolutely beautiful! Just what you would hope that a tropical vacation home would look like. Small but functional. Everything was well taken care of and so beautifully beachy decorated! Compass staff were extremely helpful and always available. Will definitely be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was pretty and we enjoyed the week. However the bed in the front bedroom had springs that were felt through the mattress. Just terrible. The bedroom TV’s were not working. There were no grab bars in the shower. That is a danger. The place was attractive, clean and neat, despite the ongoing problems, we had a lovely time.

Truman Annex Island Time

We had a few issues with the bathroom and bedroom mattresses. The mattresses are saggy and lumpy and we stayed for two weeks. Owner said they were only 3 years old so they must of been a bargain. No topper or padding were offered. Also the bath/shower needs new grout and looks black in places. We had toilet issues and these were addressed. We loved the location and our back deck. My recommendation is to look at other units and ask questions about beds.

Warm January

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condominium was wonderful. It was only 2 of us so we didn’t need much room. We would have liked an indoor dining/kitchen table, but there was one on the back patio. We couldn’t use that table during the 2 days of pouring rain. The amount of ice available was fantastic. Kitchen appliances were easy to use in great operating conditions. We had a little problem getting in the front door but the cleaning woman was still around to help. We had no other problems with the front door code entry. The condo is in a great location and allowed to walk to and back from most activities in Key West.

Great property for your vacation!

This little gem is in the heart of all the action. It’s tucked away within the complex which is great for privacy, but it’s near all of the amenities and a short walk to the beach. I only wish the grill was made accessible to guests- it would have made for some great patio meals and family time.

The main bedroom has a adorable flamingo theme all the way to the sheets. The kitchen is well appointed and we there was nothing else we needed. The condo is located in a super convenient spot just past the guard house and close to the pool.

Best location

This is a GREAT location! Perfect for a family of 4! The check in process using the App was a little tricky, no fault of the owners, just make sure that your 4 digit access code to the property shows up before you arrive if you are getting in after hours! This condo had a nice pool area, the back porch is well set up for dining and relaxing! We spent a week here with 2 kids and it was very comfortable and nice! You can literally WALK anywhere from this property! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

The entire process was super easy. The condo was clean and looks like the decor was recently updated. The entire community is laid back. We had a great experience our only critique is that the listing shows two twin beds in one of the bedrooms but there were two queens. We have a 12 yr old girl and a 15 yr old boy who had to share a bed the entire week.

We love the Truman annex. Beautiful area and great location.

I was expecting a different condo. The one o chose had one Queen and two twins. This one had two full size beds which was logistically no ideal.

Great place and location

This was perfect for us. Having a kitchen, washer & dryer & separate bedrooms was a wonderful addition to our getaway. Such a pretty area and so quiet despite being so close to everything.
