Cette belle copropriété de deux chambres et un bain vient d'être totalement rénovée. La chambre principale a un lit queen et la chambre d'hôtes dispose de 2 lits jumeaux qui se transforment facilement en un lit King size. Les téléviseurs à écran plat se trouvent dans les deux chambres à coucher ainsi que dans le salon. Il s'agit d'une station d'accueil pour iPod et d'un lecteur de DVD.

Annual key west trip

Great location , small unit but good for 2 people. Construction to joining unit 4 out of 7 days we were there so could not use the deck. The nights though were awesome !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place,great location,clean. Small but workable. My only complaint is the wifi didn't work but that was minor. Would definitely stay there again.

TVs did not work we did not have TV all weekend the remote was not at the property to stream No one came until Monday Response from Management thumbs down But the Man who came to fix it was Great!!!

The worst place I have ever stayed in!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was horrible, We checked in on 12/26 around 7PM. The house was very dated, and it was filthy. It had dusty window sills and lamps, candy wrappers all over the floor and had a very musty smell. The bathroom grout was horribly stained, the ceiling light fixture was filled with dead bugs and to top it off the hot and cold water in the shower was reversed! The light colored chair in the great room had gross stains on both arm rest and I'm sure the couch was the same way. We had to put sheets down so we could sit. The front door lock did not work properly and was difficult to get the key out. I could go on and on. I can deal with all of the above. The worst part of our experience was the rehearsed response from the ladies at Compass realty saying "this was one of our nicer units". The defensiveness they took was unprofessional and not at all warranted for the price we spent to stay for the week! I would never recommend Compass Realty to anyone ever. The only reason for the 1 stars is because I can't go any lower!

Great location - condo in need of serious TLC

This condo is in a terrific location, that and the pool are the two best things about it. But for the cost to rent this unit for a week for two things are not enough. Queen bdrm in serious need of new mattress, linens and throw rugs. Furniture is worn, but that’s ok, sleeping on a mattress that guests have been complaining about being shot since 2011 in guestbook and has not been replaced makes for a rough nights sleep! The pillows are worn n stained, the sheets threadbare and pilled. The bath towels once were white are now all gray and worn, we had 1 washcloth for a family of 4! The coffeemaker was so worn we could not read which button was on/off switch. I called mgmt. and they brought new washcloths and a new coffeemaker. The sofa was another eyesore, style n pattern definitely left from late 80’-early 90’s which would not be a problem if also was not shot. Sat down and sank down to the frame which you could feel through the worn cushions, to sit on it you had to pile up bed pillows and decorative pillows. Normally I would not complain, I’ve rented homes, condos, cabins all over the world and this place was very pricey for what we got! No starters of dish soap, paper towels, dw soap, nothing! After long days in the sun/sand you need a decent bed to sleep on, or a decent sofa to be able to relax and recharge, that’s what vacations are about! My overall impression is owner never uses or doesn’t care, which is too bad. A little money spent and this place could be A+ instead of D+.

Fun in Key West

Premium location and price but this unit could use some attention

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 191 for two weeks. The unit was centrally located to a number of areas, but the unit needs some attention which Compass Realty said they were working on; however, we never heard back re the streaming. The unit’s kitchen had sufficient tools but no can opener, so I brought my own to open our cans of tuna (thanks to another reviewer). The recliner in the living room is absolutely filthy. We had no WiFi for three days and called numerous times and finally were given the username and password for Unit 192 to obtain WiFi, but we never did have streaming access to watch our shows in the evening. While it sounds like a small issue, why should it be an issue at all if others don’t have this issue? We kept the AC on 75, but it always felt humid in the unit. We didn’t dare touch the thermostat because a sign is posted if you turn it below 75, the unit will freeze and you’ll pay for a tech to come out. The beds were not very comfortable. So, by the end of two weeks, we were glad to return to our own beds. The unit is adequate and in a great location, but the owner and the rental company should address these items which could make this unit much more appealing. I wouldn’t rent it again since we spoke to others in Truman Annex who had no issues with their units but did mention that while the realty company was professional, their issues were never resolved and have gone to another rental agency.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location was a very short walk to the pool when leaving from the back patio. It was in a great location to get to Duval Street, Fort Zachary Historic State Park (has a beach, but bring water shoes to go into the water) and Mallory Square. Besides what is mentioned in the property amenities there are also towels for the pool and a toaster. Was very pleased with this property. Only issue with the property was with the back patio gate: when opening it from the outside you had to reach over the top of the gate to release the latch. There was an issue with Truman Annex gate key (near the rental/pick up key office) to get back into the Truman Annex from Mallory Square at night. Many other property renters had the same experience. Its something that Compass Reality has to address with gate keys or the lock itself.

Wonderful location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location!! withing walking distance to downtown locations. Perfect location for a bike or scooter to get around also. Everything was in the condo that you would need. I had groceries delivered from Publix which was great and cost effective as downtown can be expensive. The only thing I would recommend is some additional bath towels. On the second day there, we noticed that the seal on the toilet had broken, this is unpreventable and an owner is not able to see this coming. We called maintenance, they came quickly and sent two repairmen. They were professional and quick to repair. Great service.

I would recommend that they charnge out the queen size bed frame to one without a foot board, it would add some space and make it easier to get around the bed. We did report a problem to Compass twice about the internet being down and they did not take any action other than giving us access to the internet router in the unit SY192, which worked fine.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is spacious. Furniture in great shape. Beds and pillows not comfortable. Overall clean, could use a deep clean. Basic pantry wasn't available (salt, sugar, Oil), the toaster could be replaced. The pool was nice, the community location is great. Walking distance to Duval and fort Zachary. Very quite community overall. Expect thin walls and ceiling though. The management company was great in accommodating our special needs.
