WASH201 - COMING FOR SUMMER 2026 - NEW PRIVATE, SALTWATER, HEATED POOL! Welcome to this sunny and bright 5-bedroom, 2-bath ranch home that sleeps 10 comfortably. This house is a perfect rental for extended families looking for a great getaway on the Jersey Shore. Convenient location just a block from exclusive Bradshaw Beach (6 badges included!) and an easy walk to the fun, festive Jenkinson's Boardwalk. Less than a 10-minute walk to the train and into town and plenty of parking for up to 3 cars in driveway and free street parking too. There is one main living area with seating for everyone and a large dining table both inside and out. Relax on the back patio with BBQ or the charming front porch to people watch and enjoy the passersby. In addition to 2 baths with showers, there's an outdoor shower as well. Keyless door locks provide a contact free check in and you won't have to worry about losing keys at the beach. Because it's one story, it's convenient for seniors and little ones alike â just a few steps up or down and grab bars in both showers. Dogs are welcome too..

In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year!
