Pepin Marina Retreat: Street Level Loft Apartment

The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

Great for foodies to test out our new kitchen, or as a couple's getaway or teen lounge. New large-screen TV. This can be booked in combination with the separate cottage apartment with huge deck on the second floor.

Our primary residence is in Minneapolis, but we may be working out of the back commercial studio on occasion (separate entrance). We are in touch with local property managers, if need be. You can get message us anytime with questions! If in town, we'd love to check you in personally. Otherwise, you can check in on your own.

We are right across from the Pepin Marina and Beach, and steps away from the iconic Harbor View Cafe! You can book sailing and pontoon rides on the lake. The Pickle Factory, a waterfront grill and bar, features live music, bingo and more. We are 1 mile away from the Villa Belleza Winery. Lots to see and do along all the nearby river towns.

Pepin is along the Great River Road, with bluffs on one side and Lake Pepin on the other. And yes, a train runs along the river! It is called the Driftless Area of SW Wisconsin as it escaped the flattening effects of glaciers during the last ice age! Quaint river towns such as Maiden Rock, Stockholm, Nelson and Alma are on either side of Pepin, about 5 miles apart from each other.
House Rules:

No parties or events. You may have a small number of friends or family visit.
No smoking of any kind.

Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am

Pets:
No more than two dogs. Please keep them off furniture. If possible, bring a bed and/or pet blankets for them!

Sleeping Occupancy:
Up to 2 people. (More guests on pull-put couch or twin love seat, if family members. All stay in one open area!)

Pet Fees: $25 each per stay
Extra Guest Fees: $25 each per night

You may request an early check-in or late check-out. We will try our best to accommodate, depending on our cleaner's schedule and other departures / arrivals.
