Watermans Beachfront Condo Unit 1

The Beach Front condo has breathtaking views of the mighty Mississippi! It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, town home that has beach front access to Lake Pepin. There is a pullout sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping. Watch the most gorgeous sunrise from the living room, patio, or even the upstairs master suite! The dining room table makes it easy to accommodate your whole family for meals. This is a ground level town home with access to its own beach front. There isn't a dock on the property. There are two public boat landings and a marina that is very close. You are welcome to beach your boat if you desire. Relax in this tastefully decorated home while you watch the eagles fish and the migratory birds such as pelicans, swans, and various species of ducks. It is located right to the right of the Willows Restaurant/Resort. We are a short drive from town and all the amenities. Come stay with us!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well suited for our needs. Communication with host was exceptional. Wonderful view of Lake Pepin. The restaurant next door was a bonus! I would not hesitate to stay at this property again if i was in the area.

Nice condo by Lake Pepin

Nice condo with decent amenities with a view of Lake Pepin from the deck. The condo was loud at night because of loud music at the bar which stays open late and is right next door. Smoke from fire pit next door made it difficult to be outside at times. The condo was right next to the highway so truck noise could be loud at times. Otherwise, it was a nice place and clean and had all we needed for a relaxing weekend.

Long weekend get away

My wife and our son stayed at this property for a long relaxing weekend. The condo was very clean and in a convenient location. Our only regret is not staying longer!

Lake City Weekend getaway on the lake

Excellent views of Lake Pepin, right next door to Kelly's bar and grill. We never had to cook a thing, food was wonderful. We''l be back next year.

Great place

We were very happy with our condo. Everything was like it was in the description. Loved sitting on the patio. Beds were comfortable. TVs were hard to operate but that’s not why we were there. Had a great time. Would stay there again.

Nice location!

It was super easy to access the property....the oropertywas cleanand very well decorated. The showers could have used a betterwipe down, found hair....the outdoor patio has a loose siding board hanging down, there were thistle growing in the landscape rocks. The pillows in the King bed need replacing. But overallit was a great view of the lake and clean.bed need to be replaced...h. Rheoverall

We enjoyed the location - beautiful views of Lake Pepin and just next door to a bar/restaurant with excellent food. That worked well for our teen who didn't like certain adult items. The condo was clean and nice with a good sized kitchen.

Great view and cozy, but prepare for traffic noise

Clean, lovely views and rooms as pictured however be prepared for the location right next to the highway. Would have really bothered us if had been warm enough to be on the porch where the traffic would have been both seen and heard. With the coolness of the weekend, we played some background music and could mostly pretend we were more secluded except for when the trucks downshifted at night. Kitchen needs were met for pots and pans etc. We brought all food supplies so were fine but some vrbo’s have some stock kinds of things that weren’t here. We enjoyed restaurant dinners at Fiesta Jalisco and Read’s Landing Brewery and made our breakfasts and lunches at the place. Hiked at Frontenac and Five Bluffs in WI (see alltrails). Really enjoyed hygge with the family with gorgeous views, fireplace and comfy room.

Great Weekend Getaway

The condo had a nice-sized patio with table/chairs that overlooked Lake Pepin. It provided a beautiful view, although no direct access to the water from the patio. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice quality bedding, although one bed was missing a top sheet. The condo was clean, with the exception of some clothing left in a dresser drawer. Access to both the building and the condo were easy and convenient. We asked for early arrival by a couple of hours and were able to do so. Management was responsive in answering questions. The condo is next to the highway and a set of railroad tracks, which are both noticeable -- especially at night. But it did not deter our enjoyment of the property. The restaurant next door had closed due to COVID, but was under new ownership and scheduled to reopen in July 2021. We took a ride on the Pearl of the Lake paddleboat, which docks just a few feet north of the patio. The location was great for touring the Lake Pepin area. Several restaurants are located in town, although we cooked most meals ourselves. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.
