The Kodiak comes completely furnished, just bring your suitcase! There is an outdoor kitchen for cookouts. Resort has a splash pad, dog park, and is gated with security.

We are an RV resort. There are amenities you don't get a other properties while still getting a standalone vacation home all to yourself. You can walk to the casino/horse track, or bike into town and visit the bathhouses.
