The Space:
Note: Pool is temporarily closed until further notice.
Same-day check-in is not allowed for local residents.
To meet all legal and community requirements, guests must provide a government-issued ID, verify contact information, complete our verification portal, and may be subject to a background check. Failure to comply will result in cancellation and denied entry.
This information is collected solely for verification purposes and is not stored or reused.
All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of stay. By booking, you agree to the following:
* You accept our rental terms and conditions
* You will provide a valid photo ID and matching credit card before check-in
* You may undergo a background check if required by building management or local regulations
Minimum booking age is 22 for non-locals and 25 for locals. No weapons or drugs are allowedâviolations will result in police involvement.
Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, with quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM daily.
Louisville has seasonal pests. While we provide regular pest control, sightings of ants, roaches, or similar bugs may occur. We can send pest control if needed.
Guest Access:
You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.
COVID-19 amenities update: The building amenities are currently open. We always comply with local health and safety measures, which continue to evolve, so we recommend contacting us before your stay to check the latest status.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is situated in a quiet and newly developed area in a convenient location near downtown, NULU and many of the best areas in Louisville
Getting Around:
We recommend driving near and in Louisville proper, and there are rideshares, public transportation and scooters for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
