Welcome to Coconut Cottage, an updated two-story beach retreat located on East Beach in the vibrant heart of Gulf Shores. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests—perfect for large families or groups looking for the ultimate coastal getaway.

Step inside to find a light and airy main floor featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy living room with flat screen TV, a convenient half bath and full size washer and dryer.

The primary suite offers a luxurious King bed and a private bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in tile shower.
Also on the first floor is a fun and functional bunk room with two Queen-over-Queen bunks, sleeping up to 8, and a shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional private bedrooms. One features a King bed and private bath with a tub/shower combo, while the other includes a Queen bed and its own ensuite with a tub/shower combo.

Out back, your private fenced-in oasis awaits. Enjoy a swim in the spacious pool—complete with tanning ledge, bench seating, and optional heating for cooler months. Lounge on Polywood chairs, grill up dinner under bistro-lit covered space, and gather at picnic tables for unforgettable outdoor meals. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

The public beach access is just a short walk away offering a boardwalk and easy entry to the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. Plus, you’re just steps from beachfront dining and local attractions.

Covered parking available for 1 vehicle with additional parking in the driveway.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
