There is also a toddler bed. Just 10-15 min from Midtown NYC Times Square by bus or ferry. The bus stop is only 100 ft from home. Safe and Quiet Neighborhood, Washer & Dryer, Front Porch, Backyard. We have many great reviews. Cats and small dog OK. Please note it is a legal here and illegal in NYC.
The space
This apartment has incredible NYC, water and sky views in a large 3 bedroom apartment that also has a marble bathroom, front deck, private back deck and a backyard. The picture posted on the awesome view is taken from inside the apt!

The building is quiet and in a very safe neighborhood. A beautiful park is right across the street. Dining and shopping are very close. You are only 10 minutes by shuttle bus, car, uber or taxi to the heart of Midtown NYC Times Square.

Washer and dryer are free. Blankets, linen and towels are provided. Private deck leading out to backyard.

New Oak floors installed. New dining set. There are also 2 new beds and a new flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Each bedroom has a closet, dresser, end table and lamp.

Street parking is available. Parking passes cost $3.50 per 24 hours. The machine where you can get the parking passes is accessible 24 hours a day and located 3 minutes from the apartment. There is an indoor garage 7 blocks from the apt and costs $20 per day.

Great Mexican restaurant down the road - Charritos. Exciting Cuban restaurant a 10 minute walk from the apartment - Rumba Cubano. Numerous delicious local restaurants a few blocks from the apartment and supermarket.
