GORGEOUS RESORT and CONDO! Steps to the Beach!

Theres a heated outdoor pool. Plus 5 other pools and a lazy river. The Resort has a $10.00/day Parking pass fee. The fee is payable directly to the Myrtle Beach Resort Security upon entrance. Fee is payable by debit or credit card only-NO cash. During special event weeks, such as Bike Weeks, there is also a $100 fee for trailers.

Our “A” building has its own gym, convenience store , ATM,outdoor picnic tables and grills, outdoor relaxing swings, handicapped mat leading to the beach, We have a beach toy station for kids to borrow beach toys, ocean front pool, lazy river and heated pool behind our building.

We also have a Pizza Shop in our building. Delicious pizza, salads, wings and finger foods. Perfect for a quick meal. !! And you don't have to leave the Resort.

Ocean front bar and grill for the whole family to enjoy plus snack shacks on property. Wonderful place for your family vacation.

Our condo is extremely comfortable with all the amenities of home. The main bedroom has a KING bed and private bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and another full bathroom in the hallway. We also have a queen sofabed in the living room for extra sleeping.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need is youd like to cook in. Lots of pots, pans, baking dishes. Theres even a crockpot!

We've tried to think of everything to make our guests as comfortable as possible. After staying in many, many rentals over the years, we learned what is needed and made sure we provided it in our condo.

There's a bench on the deck filled with sand toys if you're little ones would like to use them.

The Resort has 6 pools and many hot tubs throughout. Any amenity in the Resort is yours to use as our guests. You really don't have to leave the Resort at all if you don't want to!!!!

All of our friends and family stay on the first floor of building A and we wanted to be close to them and this was right across the hall! Perfect location and the owners made themselves accessible if we needed them! Everything about our stay was great! Would definitely stay there again!

This resort was very nice.Several pools, an onsite bar/ restaurant, and gated. Security was also present which gave an extra sense of safety. The condo was exactly as seen on the site, so no surprises there. Very well maintained and clean.Communication with the host was excellent. The only downfall was no beach towels or beach chairs provided for those of us who fly in and can't bring our own.There is a beach service in front of the resort, but it is 50.00 per day for 2chairs and an umbrella. I realize its difficult for the owners to provide chairs because people don't take care of them. Otherwise the condo was perfect! Would definitely stay there again.

This place was exactly how it was explained in the listing. Very clean and accommodating. Close to the beach, nice pools, and views. The ease of being close to everything but also being able to get away from all the hustle was great. We will be back.

This condo was amazing. The pictures do not do this condo justice. There was something for the kids to do everyday. Lazy river, several pools and the ocean. The condo has sand toys for the kids. This was great as I forgot to bring any.

Wonderful beach getaway

The condo was clean and well stocked. It is located maybe 50 yards from the laundry facility and there is a handicap ramp going in which is wonderful for loading and unloading. View of the ocean from the balcony. Short walk to the beachside pool, and you can actually walk the length of the entire building (inside) and come right out the door to the water park for the kids. There is also a pool and bathroom there. It was very nice to relax there in a chair and watch the kids play. The lazy river is very relaxing as well. Highly recommend

We had a great time. The property was fantastic. Super close to the beach. And the beach there’s actually really nice. The location of the property with regard to the rest of the motorcycle rally was fantastic. About 10 minutes to suck bang blow, about 20 minutes from Myrtle Beach. Just a really great location. I will say that if you’re bringing a trailer be aware that there is a fee due to the homeowners association. That didn’t really affect us negatively. I highly recommend this place if you’re going up for motorcycling or even just to spend time on the beach .

Great Family Vacation

The condo was just a 5 min walk to the ocean! Perfect for families with small kids that need frequent breaks. One downside is that the listing was wrong about free parking. We only out that they charge parking whe. We were asked by the owner to sign a rental agreement 6 months after booking. That was wierd and only offered to comp the parking fee after i challenged that. Another negative is that while you don't hear your neighbors very much, you can hear everything in the hallway and being 1st floor near the pool, it was very loud until almost midnight each night.

Paul-just to clarify-the parking fee was not in place when you reserved our condo. Our HOA master board put it in effect after the first of the year— that’s why it wasn’t noted in the listing. It was a total of $20. And payable directly to the resort-not me. Please don’t think I’d deliberately fail to note the fee. Many owners had similar issues because it was done the way it was. Also, I emailed you the rental agreement as soon as you booked. I then sent it to you again a few months later when you didn’t respond. I’m sorry you found these 2 issues bothersome enough to knock down my rating. You didn’t mention anything about all the extras in the condo, the fact that it was spotless, all the wonderful amenities our resort offers! We try very hard to keep our property pristine and provide our guests with a memorable vacation. And anything less than a 5* review is very upsetting to us.

Dingy and dark

Pros: -Location is good. 2-3 minute walk to ocean, not “steps to the beach”, family atmosphere, nice beach access with showers. -Refrigerator is fairly new, clean. Cons: -Condo is very small, dated/used & well past its prime. Kitchen has never been updated and this resort was built in 1986. -Furniture is old, sofa very dingy & needs replaced-sofa bed flimsy/can feel the metal frame, slopes backward. Sofa bed is a full, not queen. -Second bedroom has two twins. One bed is much older than the other and squeaks easily. -Two recliners are old, but less dingy than sofa. -Front door key box is an old real estate type lock box; needs replaced with a digital box like the other units. -Gap in door when shut. Appears to have been kicked in and poorly repaired. -Spiderwebs throughout Owner was responsive but didn’t care we were unsatisfied. I messaged the first morning asking if we could get a refund for the upcoming two nights (minus cleaning fee of course) & was told no. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this unit. They’ve embellished the pictures & descriptions. You can find a hotel or probably another condo in the complex that’s been updated for the same money. This condo does not sleep 6 comfortably at all. The complex has a nice pool by the ocean, a bar nearby.

Jason -your review is totally ridiculous. The condo is 1,000 square feet-so not small. Bedrooms have darkened windows for sleeping-rest of condo is very bright . Couch is 2 years old and was purchased from “A Summer Home” which is a high end commercial store specializing in vacation properties. Pictures have NOT been embellished. I don’t know what you were expecting, but everything in our listing is accurate. Out of hundreds of guests, we’ve always gotten 5* reviews for all the extras we provide. It’s very sad that you couldn’t see the beauty of the condo and the resort with all its amenities. Saying our condo is not updated is a blatant lie on your part. The entire condo is kept in meticulous condition. In the future I suggest you stay in a hotel because it seems that’s the type of accommodation you’re looking for. Sorry you didn’t enjoy our condo -but you’re the only guest who hasn’t loved it.

Wonderful Stay!

Loved being right on the beach! Clean and comfortable! Kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking and outdoor grills were close by! Loved having a marketplace across the street for quick access. Short drive to downtown. We had a great time!
