Welcome to Aloha Palms Villa, a private island retreat located in the prestigious, gated Coconut Plantation community within the Ko Olina Resort on Oahu's sunny west coast. The main home features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged across two stories to offer privacy and comfort. With 2,324 square feet of interior living space, the home includes a spacious open-concept design, upstairs and downstairs lanais for outdoor relaxation, and a two-car enclosed garage that fits standard-size vehicles. Inside, guests enjoy central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the living room and primary bedroom, an in-unit washer and dryer, a large sectional sofa, a flat-screen TV, and both cable and high-speed internet. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for both convenience and functionality, featuring all the essentials for preparing meals at home.

For larger groups or guests seeking additional privacy, Aloha Palms Villa includes an optional studio with parking that can be rented either separately or together with the main home for an additional charge. The studio features its own private entrance, 611 square feet of living space, and a private lanai. It offers two queen beds, a sofa sleeper, a custom-organized closet, a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi. When rented with the main home, the studio connects internally, creating a seamless four-bedroom, four-bath layout ideal for multi-generational families or traveling groups.

The bedroom configuration in the main home includes a primary bedroom upstairs with a king bed, a second upstairs bedroom with a full bed, twin trundle, Sofa twin, and a downstairs bedroom with two full beds. The studio adds two queen beds and a sofa sleeper, accommodating up to four more guests comfortably.

Aloha Palms Villa is ideally located near the front gate of Coconut Plantation, providing easy access to local convenience stores, restaurants, and the Ko Olina entrance. A scenic 0.4-mile stroll brings you to the closest beach lagoon, perfect for swimming, relaxing, or catching stunning Hawaiian sunsets.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
