We're thrilled to share this special place with you.

🏡 The Loft sits on our 5.5-acre property in a separate building from our home, where we live quietly as a family of three (plus our gentle, non-barking beagle 🐶 who loves beach walks and naps).

🚗 Guest and homeowner parking areas are separate. You may see us in the garden 🌱 or walking the dog, but we’ll always respect your privacy and follow your lead on interaction.

📌 Please note:

🪜 Stairs: Access is via a full flight of stairs — may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns.

🚪 Sliding Glass Door: Offers a beautiful view but no deck. Use with care; we are not liable.

🪟 Curtains: Large windows have blackout curtains; smaller ones have sheers — light-sensitive sleepers, take note.

🌫️ Weather: Expect coastal variety — sun ☀️, fog 🌁, breezes 💨, and the soothing hum of the Cape Saint Mary Lighthouse fog horn.

🌙 Evenings: Can be cool, even in summer. Pack layers 🧥 to enjoy ocean air, fires 🔥, or morning coffee ☕ outdoors.
