Profitez de notre retraite de montagne bien aménagée avec des vues GRAVES!

Notre charmante maison Black Rock Ridge offre d'incroyables vues dégagées sur les Montagnes Wasatch et les trois domaines skiables locaux. Cette maison de ville de 2300 pieds carrés de trois ans possÚde un mobilier personnalisé et deux niveaux d'espace de vie magnifiquement conçu.

La propriété peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes et dispose d'une cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils haut de gamme. En plus de la cuisine, la grande chambre à l'étage (avec un plafond voûté) contient une salle à manger formelle pouvant accueillir 10 personnes, un canapé en cuir, une zone de télévision et une cheminée.

Nous avons les derniÚres technologies pour le divertissement: notamment quatre grands téléviseurs à écran plat (75 "dans la salle multimédia, 65" en grande salle), DirecTV, WiFi, un systÚme de musique Sonos (+ pandora), haut-parleurs intégrés dans quatre domaines et les médias La chambre a un son surround, PS4, Apple TV.

La propriété offre une suite parentale royale, une chambre queen et une chambre avec deux lits superposés (trois salles de bains au total). La salle des médias de niveau inférieur offre un canapé en forme de L avec un lit gigogne queen personnalisé pour un hébergement supplémentaire.

Complétez avec un nouveau spa extérieur de six personnes et un pont avant face aux montagnes avec une grille à gaz à six brûleurs. Il y a un grand garage privé à deux voitures avec un parking extérieur pour deux voitures dans l'allée. Un parking extérieur supplémentaire est disponible à proximité. Le garage dispose de racks de planche de ski et de neige pour stocker votre équipement.

Nous sommes situés prÚs de l'intersection de Brown's Canyon et de l'autoroute 248 dans le développement de Black Rock Ridge. Ce quartier évite complÚtement les embouteillages et la circulation du centre-ville et se trouve à moins de 10 minutes de Kimball Junction, de l'historique rue Main, de Park City Mountain Resort et de Deer Valley.

Great Trip

We were looking for a place outside of the hustle and bustle of Park City to relax with great views and modern amenities but also within a short drive of Park City and Canyons. This place fit the bill perfectly. The hosts were vey good at communicating and we had a great trip. I just with our trip could have been longer! 5 of 5 stars for this property!

Great place to stay if skiing in Deer Valley

Very clean, spacious house, with very thoughtful perks throughout. The owners were excellent with directions on how to use the amenities and how to access the property. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Perfect House

House was even better in person and perfect for our family. Garage, living area, bathroom, and bedroom with bunk beds are on floor 1. The primary living area, huge dining table, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on floor 2. One of the bathrooms on floor 2 opens to the hot tub. The 2nd floor living room has a large balcony with a grill and amazing view of the mountains. The house has nicer furniture and appliances than most VRBOs. We skied at Deer Valley, which was about ten minute drive.

Perfect Park City Condo

Diane and Andy are incredible hosts!!! Their unit is in a great location - quick drive to the mountain and main street. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was overall the perfect spot for our ski trip and I hope to stay here again. Highly recommend 🙂

Vistas and Relaxation

Exceptionally furnished get-away with fantastic views of the mountains. House was well appointed - from kitchen to closets to hot tub with towels with slippers. Owners and property management are very thoughtful and thorough, even down to providing coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Plenty of space to relax, great tech from huge TVs and Sonos system throughout. We have stayed in many VRBO and this one is high on our list to return to.

Awesome property and location

The house is just as the pictures show it. Beautiful! And perfect for our family of six with plenty of space to come together for meals and game and to spread out when we need some time apart. :) The house is close to Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley for skiing. Its location is also convenient to groceries, stores, and historic Park City with a car. All with a great view of the mountain range. Diane, the owner, is lovely. She reached out to see if we needed anything before we checked in, was quick to respond to our questions, and sent us friendly reminders before trash day and check out. She also gave recommendations on ski rentals and tune up services. We loved this house and plan to stay here again the next time we come to Park City.

Beautiful Home

We have stayed in this neighborhood before but this home had all the high end finishes. Even the beds (and pillows) were amazing! Beautiful home and only 10-15 min to Park City. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Fabulous long ski weekend with friends

Not only is everything immaculate - this property has everything you could want for a perfect weekend or longer, away. The property does not feel as if it's been worn or lived in either, all items are where they should be, and all furniture, floors and fixtures feel in great shape and not worn at all. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect as we skiied in Park City and Deer Valley and it's a quick drive into town. The Hot tub is a major plus as well as the two car garage with everything you need to store your ski gear. Perfect for a friends getaway or with the family. I highly recommend this location and unit!

Wonderful Home

Our group consisted of two families with tweens. The setup was perfect. We loved that the kids had their own separate space downstairs with plenty of room to spread out. The house is nicely furnished and very clean and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked and we cooked several dinners. We loved that there was plenty of space for everyone to dine together at the big comfortable table. The location is a little outside of the action. Ubers to Park City base and other spots in town were not quite as easy to get as we had hoped, but we were there for the very busy week between Christmas and New Year’s. Obviously this is not the homeowners’ fault ... just suggesting that a rental car may be helpful during busy times, or plan to allow more time to get transportation. My guess is that it’s not as much of an issue during slower times. We have stayed in town in the past, and there are pros and cons to both. We liked the extra space, value and new construction that we got for staying a little further from town in this property! It is a nice, quiet neighborhood and the house has an amazing view off the front porch. The hot tub was great and convenient to get right in and out of the house. Diane was always very prompt to respond to any questions we had and was very courteous. Thank you for letting us enjoy your lovely home!

Wonderful house

The house was great and fully equipped with everything you need. The only thing I would add is that it is farther from the ski areas than we anticipated - another review said it's 5 minutes but it was more like 15 minutes to Deer Valley. The up side of that though is the area is very quiet.

Winter Wonderland

There is so much that’s magical about this townhouse...the view of the snowy hillsout the front window, the centerpiece fireplace, the spacious dining room table that’s just right for family dinners, and a beautiful kitchen that was a delight for quick breakfasts and even an elaborate Christmas dinner. We loved having two giant gathering spaces for hanging out...especially the downstairs includes big, comfy couches for lounging and watching TV. Everyone thought the showers were amazing and the beds were a dream. Great location, too!

Very nice house! Very clean and with a great set-up.

The owner - Diane was a very gracious host. We had all details in advance with numerous recommendations on ski rentals, activities and dining, etc. Arriving and accessing the property was a breeze. We also walked in to a care package of snacks coffee and tea's. It was just what we need given a very early morning arrival. The property has great living space, bedrooms, bathrooms and all one would need for a cozy stay. The property has a nice walking trail that we explored and the development is also very conveniently located to Park City & Deer Valley which was perfect for our family. We were four adults and 2 children. We will definitely come back! :)

Beautiful home in a great location

This place was perfect for our family weekend trip to Park City. The house is immaculate and very well equipped with everything we could have needed. Owner was very responsive and helpful prior to and during our visit. We will come back if we're in this area again.

Wow! What a place!

We had a great time at this lovely mountain home. Really nicely furnished, anything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and an amazing hot tub. Location was perfect as a home base for hiking and golfing. Fantastic views. Literally everything was great - I would give 10 stars if I could. OMG Master bed was soooo comfortable, I could have just stayed in bed all day (except there's too much fun stuff to do!). Luxurious sheets. Host Diane was communicative and responded quickly. She also provided great recommendations. We really enjoyed our time there.

Amazing house. Beautifully decorated. Fabulous quality and amenities!

This was by far the best rental we have ever had. The townhome was tastefully furnished with an extremely well stocked gourmet kitchen, high-end appliances and every kitchen gadget and tool for the gourmet cook. Games and flat screen TVs in every room, as well as a great hot tub conveniently off the back. The unit is brand new, spacious with up-to-date appointments. The home has a great view of the mountains and abuts a beautiful nature preserve with a private hiking trail behind the property. A mere 5 minutes from Park City made this an excellent location. The homeowners were very helpful in answering any questions we had about restaurants, hiking and other activities, especially as it was our first time to Park City. We were here to hike during this trip, however before we even left, we inquired about rebooking for the ski season. Highly recommend!

We are a family of avid hikers, bikers, runners, skiers, snowboarders and sailors who hail from Northern California. We have been vacationing in Utah for over 30 years and love the natural outdoor beauty of Utah. We enjoy going to our 2nd home in Kamas and are happy to share it with visitors.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have been vacationing year round in Utah for over 30 years and love the rugged outdoor beauty it offers. We find the town of Park City to be a mecca for athletes and outdoor enthusiasts. Plus it has a vibrant food, film, music and technology culture. We love our neighborhood because it's surrounded by a nature reserve and located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Park City yet minutes from all 3 ski resorts. We equally enjoy the summer season for hiking and biking and our close proximity to the Kamas mountainbike trails and the spectacular Uinta Mountains and Wasatch mountains.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The 1st thing that caught our eye was the unobstucted views of all three nearby ski mountains from our deck! The 2nd was the layout of this townhouse - it is a spacious, very bright end unit with 2 family rooms - well suited when adults and kids want a separate space. The 3rd was it was new construction built in 2015. The 4th was the location of our property within the neighborhood - at the top, high above the other units plus our backyard butts right against a nature reserve with a hiking trail 20 yards outside our backdoor.
