House Rules
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Checkout: 10:00 AM
- No smoking or vaping
- No pets
- No parties or events
- Bikes and LSV use at your own risk
- LSV drivers must be 25+ with signed waiver, valid license & insurance
- Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place trash bin by the curb the evening before and bring back to the garage after pickup

Parking
- 2 designated spots (marked “A”)
- No RVs, trailers, boats, or street parking
- No overnight parking at the pool

Supplies
- Bathrooms will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, initial stock of toilet paper
- Kitchen will have an initial stock of trash liners, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, coffee

Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season (June 1 – Nov 30). Refunds due to weather will follow VRBO cancellation policy unless a mandatory evacuation is issued.
