Thank you for your review. I’m sorry you did not enjoy your stay. The cabin is located on a mountain side and not in the city where there are street lights. I did not realize you would be arriving late at night, therefore I had fallen asleep when you tried to contact me. Also, my phone will block the call if it does not recognize the number. The deck lights are always on and I verified this with the property manager. The mattress set was purchased in July 2025 from mattress firm and is of good quality. I am not sure what type of mattress you are used to sleeping on. The temperature is usually set at 70 degrees. You could have adjusted the thermostat. Vacation rentals are generally more affordable than hotels. And although our home may not be a “5-star hotel”, it is safe, clean, and well-furnished. I have had many guests from other rental sites who gave our home a 5 stars rating and did not complain about the bed.
