We had a wonderful time at this home. Very well stocked, pool was amazing as we would take our morning coffee to have in heated pool. Owner and property manager were the best.

It's a wonderful place. We especially enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the incredible wildlife. It's in a convenient location, especially if you're a golfer.

Great house and location for a visit to Naples area

Our family of 3 stayed 2 w in January and had a fantastic time in this area around Naples that we love. Owner was very accessible and caring and the house was exactly as described. Great location for visiting Naples for restaurants, shopping and beaches, likewise Marco Island. Also close to many walking trails and shopping areas etc. Best recommendations from us and thanks Galina!

Good sized accommodation with a large heated pool in a quiet & friendly community. Mike the key holder is nearby and very responsive. Definitely recommend this pkace

Comfortable, pleasant, idyllic setting. This home was well stocked with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the wildlife while relaxing by the pool. The only drawback (a minor one) was traffic noise from the nearby Tamiami Trail.

Felt like home!

The property was very nice. The homes layout worked great for our family. We were in a subdivision but the backyard had an endless view. Amenities were as discribed. We enjoyed the pool and the local wildlife. We felt as comfortable as we would at home. The host, Mike, was kind and easy to work with. The only downfall was it took 3 days to heat the pool up, as the solar wasn't turned on before arrival. We LOVED this property. We enjoyed working with the owners and the host. We would love to stay at this property again next year when we visit.

Nice house, great location

Travelled down with the family so they could be in Florida for the first time, they loved it. This property was in the perfect location to get Collier to the islands, as well as 41 to get into town. Nice pool, beautiful living area, BBQ was ready to use. Wildlife outback, warm pool, everything you need. Only downside were the ants in the kids washroom, the kids refused to use the washroom on that side of the house, exterminator was already scheduled to come, when he did he killed the existing ants and sprayed the outside however, he left all the dead ants on the floor so we vacuumed them up. Ants were back the next day :( Otherwise great spot!

Perfect for family

My family of 4 (2 boys 10 & 13) stayed for a week after Christmas. Owner (Galina) was great with communication from the time we booked until the end of our stay. Mike (property manager) met us at the house at check in and showed us around and how things worked. I was able to text him when I had a question and he was very responsive. Plenty of space for our family and the neighborhood is quiet. We all enjoyed the pool, which is heated. The outdoor lanai had plenty of space and we spend a lot of time out there. Location was great, with restaurants nearby. It also is a great location for getting to Marco, beaches, and Everglades. We have 2 very active boys and they were never bored because it was easy to plan activities nearby or they were able to just hop in the pool at any time of day. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Felt like being home which was a great way to spend a relaxing week in warm weather.

The home was everything we'd hope for. Everything was beautifully maintained and the property manager was friendly and informative. The house was in a great neighborhood. We would absolutely stay there again

Need to make changes

1-Did not have access to the garage. Owner leaves her car. When you rent a house, you rent the whole house 2-They expected us to fill the propane for BBQ. 3-Overflow of the toilets in both bathrooms. Owner blamed us but we were told by the cleaning lady that this has happened many times before. So she told us to pee and poop in the toilet but to put the toilet paper in a bag. REALLY!!! 4-The house is filled eith ants everywhere. 5-And to finish, on the last night, my daughter stated sceaming so my husband went to see her in the living room and told him that she saw a big bug. It was a cockroach. So, I would not refer her house to anyone.

Hi Brigitte, Your review differs from all the rest - we have 5 star rating at AirBnB and at this site. We have been very hospitable to you and on your request, provided you with propane for the BBQ and Mike, our host, has attended to your every wish. The garage is not part of the offer and it is not listed in the list of accessible areas. We do keep our car there. However, our drive way is circular and takes a few cars with an easy entrance and exit. Our home is always clean and tidy and as we do not live there, the whole floor is yours to enjoy and allows for absolute privacy and tranquility. The house has pest protection service and we receive monthly clean reports. We do not have croaches and other dangerous pests. Little ants are part of the lanai as it is outdoors and they are an integral part of the Florida ecosystem. The clogging of the toilet was not blamed on you. All we asked for is to be gentle to the septic and not throw large amounts of toilet paper. Renters before you had blocked it and the plumber found baby diapers and feminine hygiene products and plastic gloves in the drain system. We have been asking our guests to be respectful to the system since. I am sorry you have had a negative experience. It does not describe the situation and the property in fact and I kindly suggest to please be loud when thankful and quiet when angry next time hosts open their homes to you. wonderful vacation

I liked everything about this house including how clean it was, the comfortable furniture, spacious rooms and the beautiful pool area. The backyard view is absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed the peacefulness of sitting on the patio/lanai every morning and evening. It was very easy to get wherever I needed to go, great location! I'm hoping to stay here again in the future.
