Welcome to Inner Circle Getaway â walk to Peak 9 and downtown Breckenridge!
This 1BR/1BA condo is just 250 yards from the slopes and Main Street, offering quick access to skiing, dining, and shopping.
The Pool Complex features 4 shared deep hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool. Our building has a sauna and a central laundry room for guest use (**bring quarters**).
Our 1BR/1BA unit is stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries:âš
âą Bedroom (sleeps 2): King bed, Flat screen cable TV
âą Living area (sleeps 2): Queen sleeper sofa flat-screen cable TV, queen sleeper sofa, and gas fireplace
âą Bathroom: Full bath with shower and hairdryer.
âą Kitchen: Stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, cookware, coffee maker
âą Shared amenities: Pool, hot tubs, sauna, 24/7 laundry room (**bring quarters**)
âą Extras: Free Wi-Fi, Comcast cable, humidifier, hair dryer, ironing board, and one parking spot
The kitchen is fully equipped with solid counters and everything needed to prepare meals. Dining for four at the table, plus two at the breakfast bar.
This 1BR/1BA unit comfortably sleeps 4 people. Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided.
We pride ourselves on guest service and support. Thereâs a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).

âšPARKING:
1 parking space allotted for this home. Parking is first come first served in the front lot. A parking pass is in the front of this book. Return it to this book at check-out to avoid a $100 replacement cost.

POOL & HOT TUBSâšAre located behind building. Pool hours are from 12pm-9pm Winter, 10am-9pm Summer. Hot tub towels are on the entryway shelf.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
Is open 24/7. Located in basement of this building at the bottom of the stairs. You are responsible to bring your own quarters (machines take quarters only and no coin machine onsite). You are provided with a small box of detergent (found under kitchen sink). For more detergent youâll need to buy your own.
âšSAUNA:
Located in the basement of this building next to the laundry room. Sauna is on timers, once setting your time, room may take a few minutes to heat up.

FIREPLACE:
On/off is a timer located to the right of the living room TV. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off is to the right of the fireplace. The gas key is above the fridge.

SLEEPER SOFA LINENS:
Can be found in the bedroom closet. Pillows and comforter are in the bedroom closet. (if used, leave sleeper sofa open and sheets left on for Housekeeping)

CABLE TV & STREAMING:
Living room and bedroom both have Xfinity Cable TV. Both are smart TVs streaming apps. Please logout of your streaming networks when checking out.

There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.âš
THERMOSTATS:
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. 1 in the bedroom, 1 in the living room for the kitchen, entryway and living room, and 1 in the bathroom. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.

There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in the bedroom closet.
