You'll find this unique property perfect for multi-generational families or couples with children.
This expansive home boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully expanded over time with Adobe and wood construction. Inside, you'll find three king beds, two kitchens, and rich woodwork, including ceilings, beams, and vigas, creating a cozy, family-friendly environment. Relax in your private hot tub, enjoy the game room, or unwind on the patio within a fully fenced/walled yard. With two automatic gates and generous parking, this home invites you to settle in and explore the local charm at your leisure.
Each of the two king bedrooms offers a unique experience. The second king bedroom, although without its own en-suite, has one conveniently located nearby.
The third bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds, with a full bathroom equipped with a tub adjacent to the room.
The home features two kitchens o, simplifying meal preparation for large groups or allowing two families to enjoy their morning coffee in privacy. The main kitchen is well-equipped for most cooking needs, with the smaller kitchen tailored with appropriately sized appliances and utensils.
The game room is equipped with three arcade games, a foosball table, a karaoke machine, and a large TV. It also includes various board games for family entertainment.
Apart from the game room, there are two additional living areas, each with unique seating arrangements. This layout offers a wonderful chance for individuals of all ages to enjoy privacy or engage in various activities. While most of these spaces include a TV, one has been intentionally left without one to foster a more relaxed atmosphere conducive to interaction and engagement. (If we get enough feedback requesting a tv in this location it will be easy to add.)
Throughout the home, you'll find two sets of washers and dryers, each supplied with Tide (or Member's Mark) detergent and fabric softener for your convenience.
Outdoors there is a BBQ Grill, a hot tub, a patio area with seating and a Horse Shoe pit (30').
There is plenty of parking on the property. Including in the front and the back with both areas accessible with automatic gates.
Now for the intriguing aspects of the home: It's located at the intersection of two streets, one of which sees heavy daytime traffic, which you can hear. However, the adobe walls facing these streets offer a remarkable sense of seclusion.
Moving around the house involves navigating steps and slight elevation changes, so be aware as you walk through the property.
Additionally, the home produces creaking noises as temperatures fluctuate, thanks to its extensive woodwork. This offers a perfect opportunity to entertain your kids with ghost stories, though we recommend saving that for the last night of your stay, if you dare.
Things to know:
This is an attached unit with a shared fire-rated door in between both units that can be deadlocked on either side. The full place can be rented.
