This home sleeps up to 8 guests across three comfortable bedrooms—plus a bonus sleeping space. All main bedrooms have AC for a cool and restful night’s sleep. The bonus space does not have AC but stays comfortably cool during summer months.

• Master Bedroom – Bright and spacious with a queen bed, Smart TV, and private deck access through sliding glass doors. Soaring ceilings and treetop views create a peaceful vibe.

• Second Bedroom – Features a cozy queen bed, ceiling fan, soft lighting, and a full dresser with mirror. Perfect for winding down.

• Third Bedroom – Includes two twin beds with charming woodland bedding. Rustic décor and warm wood accents make this a fun space for kids or friends.

🎮 Bonus Sleeping Space – Located off the game room, this flexible area offers a king bed and two twin beds, a Smart TV, and dresser. While it does not have AC, it remains comfortable during the summer.

🌊 Lake Access – The home is just a 1-minute walk from the lake; however, there is no direct access at that point. Guests can access the lake and beach at the main beach area, located 1 mile from the home.

❄️ Air Conditioning – AC units are installed in the first-floor bedrooms. The downstairs level does not have AC but remains comfortably cool during the summer.

🐾 Pets – Not allowed

🚗 Parking – Driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles

🔒 Security Deposit Option – To help protect our home while keeping cleaning fees low, we offer two options for your stay:

• A small, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your booking, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage
OR
• A $1,000 refundable security deposit, which is fully returned after your stay if no damage occurs

If you prefer the refundable deposit, just send us a message after booking and we’ll take care of it.
