This property has incredible potential to be a fabulous vacation rental. The host was very communicative and helpful when we initiated our reservation. He did ask if we were ok with the location because itâs not exactly where the description might lead you to believe it is. We found the property to be very convenient and well located nonetheless. Check in was easy. The queen beds were comfy. There was closet space with hangers, bath towels and a working heat and a/c unit in each room. The bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper and body wash in the shower. The kitchen had pans, cooking supplies, a coffee maker and an electric water kettle.Living room: The couch and rug were filthy. Bathroom: The round toilet seat did not fit the oblong toilet. Half of the mirror on the vanity was missing and the shower had definitely seen better days. There was no hand soap provided and the hand towel looked suspiciously used.Kitchen: No utensils. There was one spoon, a couple of bowls, small and large plates. No forks or table knives. No paper towel or kitchen towels and the water kettle had water in it.We were instructed to direct any questions to the housekeeper as the host was out of the city during our stay. When we asked her about hand soap she let us know she only cleaned the unit and had nothing to do with stocking it. We texted several questions to the host but never heard from him again after checking in. Again, incredible potential but lacking a few essentials.
