Ce spacieux condo de 2 étages est situé aux 2e et 3e étages du complexe. Il a un total de 3 chambres et 3 bains.

Il y a 1 chambre avec un lit queen et 1 salle de bain complète au 2ème étage. La chambre principale est située au 3ème étage avec la 3ème chambre, une couchette complète sur une couchette complète.

Le condo comprend des armoires en chêne sur mesure et des comptoirs en granit. L'unité a deux balcons privés hors du salon et du couloir à l'étage. Idéalement situé, ce condo est près de tout ce que Mission et Pacific Beach ont à offrir!

Cette unité dispose de la climatisation!

Family Vacation

Great for two couples

This vacation rental has so much to offer! Since it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms), it is an ideal set up for two couples or two families with young children. The location is so convenient for beach or bay access. Walk to restaurants, shops, Starbucks or the grocery store. Air conditioning and two parking spaces are the icing on top of this beautiful, comfortable place to stay when visiting San Diego.

Host cancels within 24 hours

Stay away from this place. I made reservation about 3 weeks before for Labor Day weekend even contacted Missionsands to make sure there wasn't anything they needed from us. When we arrived after a 6 hour drive to be notified it had been canceled less than 12 hours courtesy of an email sent at 1232 am. This place is a joke with zero regards to the renters. Had it been the other way around, I would have been charge half if not all of the cost for can eling last minute.

Fun in the Sun

Great location, close to Beach and shopping and restaurants. We have stayed in this building before and like the location and how close it is to food and shopping and Beach. Would stay here again.

Very Spacious Condo

This is not the location to be if you have a young family. This area is catered to college students and above, so it is very loud on the weekends. You are nearby the bars and shopping which can be a plus. We had a problem with the main BR shower and maintenance came promptly to fix it. It was easy to get to places from this location.

Lots of room and great lovation

Great location, could easily walk to the bay and the ocean. Very clean and roomy. There was a bit of noise from the street, but we expected that since it is on a main road. We just put on a fan to cover the noise.

Nice location do not care for bath soap, house cleaning did not use garbage disposal previous renter foul smell in kitchen found rotten strawberry in sink molded. A delivery was made to condo green chef left inside

Pretty good.

Overall we had a good stay here. However the code to access the property didnt work so we spent a portion of the night in the parking garage. The emergency line is total bs we called 3 times and didn't receive a call back for 5 hours. The kitchen faucet was really loose and falling over, the upstairs shower stopped working, the pullout bed seemes broken (we chose not to even try to use it) . We tried calling during regular hours to report the issues but no answer no return call. All in all we had a good time none of the issues were big enough to take away from the overall quality of our stay. But...could have been better. Also if your looking for a little peace and quiet this is NOT the place for you. Road noise is really loud. Also people hanging out on the street at night can be heard clearly. Again we didn't mind terribly. The place was very clean with plenty of cookware and beach toys including 4-5 boogie boards. Towels are not plentiful so be prepared to do a little laundry. Beach towels are not provided. Honestly I would consider staying here again. We really enjoyed Pacific beach and could walk every where we wanted to go. Lots of local shops, restaurants, and bars. And the beach was really clean.

Grrreat stay!

This home was perfect for our family vacay! It accommodated well my family of 5 and another family of 4. It is a super short walk to the beach, had COLD AC (which is a must for us), a short walk to Ralph's grocery store, it had kitchen essentials, was clean, etc. I definitely recommend. --Talia from Kansas

Great place

Condo is a short walk to the beach and grocery store which is convenient! The property is quiet except for cars passing by which wasn't bad. Beach umbrella, a couple chairs, smash ball and beach toys were already in the closet. We left two boogie boards and a volleyball to share! Mission Sands was easy to work with. LaJolla was a simple 10 minute drive away. Great place to stay!

Comfortable

The apartment was wonderful, kitchen very well stocked! We had everything we needed! The beds in the master and downstairs bedroom are extremely high and have to use steps to get in and out. The down side was being on Mission Blvd and the traffic noise. This was my first time staying not right on the beach, not being able to see the ocean, hear the waves and enjoy the sunsets from my room was disappointing.

Exactly what we needed!

Mission Sands was easy to work with. Everything worked and was clean. The AC was a nice plus as well. I would definitely recommend this unit and would come back again.

Perfect Location for San Diego Vacation

This condo has everything needed for a perfect San Diego getaway. The location is a block from the beach and a walk to the bay. There are so many conveniences walkable as well. The 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms make it a real comfortable place to stay. The private parking garage is also a great amenity. There are also great places to eat in the neighborhood as well as shopping.

This house needs to be maintained

The location is great! Very close to shopping, the ocean and the bay. The dining room chairs were all very loose and not safe to sit on. The couch was peeling apart, which was leaving a black residue on all of our shirts. The electronic lock did not work on our arrival, but we were given keys to use that you had to jiggle to get the lock to work because the lock was broken. They came back out to fix the electronic lock, but it still did not work. The carpet was very dirty, we tried to vacuum but the vacuum was broke. The master bathroom toilet stopped flushing on our third day, so we may used the other bathrooms. The freezer motor in the fridge made a loud noise the whole time. We will definitely choose a different home on our next trip.

Everything you need...

The apartment provides you with everything you need! It's clean, well-maintained and has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped even if you feel like baking some pie you have all tools you need to do so. :) Especially I would like to point out the very kind and helpful staff of the Mission Sands Administration. If there was anything we needed or if we had any questions they were more than willing to help us very quickly! Thanks again guys you were awesome! :) This and even more earns our “excellent” rating and recommendation to everybody who would like to spend some wonderful vacation in San Diego!

Amazing Property

Immaculate property just a short walk to the bay and the ocean. Condo has all the conveniences of home. Beds are very comfy. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. Parking garage a huge advantage. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing!

Best of both worlds! The ocean is practically in your front yard. Enjoy all the beach has to offer. Roller blading, surfing, running, bike riding, etc. If a slower pace is what you're looking for, the bay is practically in your back yard. Enjoy a calm and peaceful sunrise/sunset. We just loved our time at this property! Great location!

San Diego Heaven

This is an immaculate venue that exceeds the description. The photos are very indicative of what you will see. The condo was extremely clean and very well-maintained. You can tell that the owner cares about details in the care of the property and the way that it is decorated. Not only would I recommend this property to a friend or a member of my family, I want to go back...SOON! Don't forget to start every morning at The Eggery across the street!

Pacific Paradise

This place is really cool!

This condo is great if you want a newer property that's decked out with nice furnishings and want to be close to the beach. It is approximately 1/2 block and you are there! The place is split into 3 levels to afford the greatest amount of privacy for larger groups and the kitchen is spacious enough for more than one cook! Restaurants and fun are nearby. The décor is tasteful and upscale! Grab it if you can!

Had a wonderful stay. I would book this property again.

Townhome was very clean, The location was excellent, beach across the street, shopping and dining all with in walking distance. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.
