The living area is the home's heartbeat, successfully combining the relaxing living room with the fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming dining area. Windows allow plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day and, together with tasteful décor, create an inviting and cozy atmosphere.

Three comfortable bedrooms provide the perfect place to unwind after a fun-filled day of swimming in the pool, relaxing in the sun, hitting the golf course, exploring nearby trails, or dancing the night away at a concert or music festival.

Our community offers a range of great amenities for guests to enjoy, including multiple pools and hot tubs, pay-for-play golf, as well as access to pickleball courts, tennis courts, and a fully equipped gym. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to use the courts or gym so we can ensure your name is on file for access. One of the best pool and hot tub areas in the community is conveniently located closest to the home — it also features a restroom and changing area for added comfort and convenience.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! This includes medical marijuana, vaping, and everything else. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ GARAGE ★
The garage is not currently available for use at this time. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for your vehicles.
