PRIVATE ROOFTOP TERRACE!!! It's time to RELAX in the Soft, White Sand and the pristine, Turquoise Waters of Aruba!

We invite you to stay in our updated, three-bedroom condo with private rooftop terrace that is just minutes away from two of Aruba's best beaches: Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. Enjoy the peaceful vibes of our secure gated community with lush greenery, palm trees and flowers around the pools.

As you enter our home, with a keyless front door lock, you will instantly feel like you are on vacation due to our cool Caribbean paint colors and decor. As brand-new owners, we happily welcome guests, but we also have a deeper commitment to keep our condo clean and comfortable for when our family uses this slice of paradise on vacation.

It is important to us that our guests and family feel at home and relaxed during their stay, so we have invested in new furniture, new bedding and linens. As I am sure you will agree, part of taking a vacation should always include a comfortable bed and a good nights' sleep. The elevator is just down the hall from our front door, very convenient.

The living room has a brand-new sofa with a queen pullout bed. There is modern decor and lighting in this area, as well as a big screen TV. Next to the sofa is a wall of glass sliding doors which opens up to a nice balcony with an excellent view of the sunset each night. The condo is on the 3rd floor and has a fantastic view of the pools. We also have a modern CONTROL4 system that controls all the lights and spotlights from the kitchen and most of them have dimmers controls for condo ambiance. The condo also has a unique feature called cove lighting which illuminates the main living areas with a cascading blue color as a modern touch.

The kitchen is equipped with brand new pots/pans, plates, glasses and silverware. We also have a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a washer/dryer combo machine in the linen closet for guest convenience. Additional small appliances are provided for guest use and enjoyment.

The dining area has a table with four chairs and 3 bar stools. Two additional seats are on the balcony for sharing a meal or enjoying your morning coffee.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are kept cool by a central air conditioner, which is very rare in Aruba. In addition, each bedroom has its own temperature-regulated air conditioner.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, deluxe built-in closets, and a large screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and a big screen TV. Bedroom 3 has a twin XL and a desk. All bedrooms have windows since we are in a BIG corner unit.

After visiting the beach or returning from an island adventure take a refreshing shower in one of our 2 full-size marble bathrooms equipped with clean, white towels, a make-up mirror, a hair dryer, and TERRIFIC water pressure.

We have 3 pools right outside our building. A baby pool that connects to the main pool. The 3rd pool is off to the left and has a circular bench to sit and just relax and have a beverage. By the pool there are clean indoor restrooms and a large grill for cookouts. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool area that allows you to rinse off excess sand or pool water as needed.

Last, but not least, there is a modest gym with an elliptical machine and a treadmill near the pool/grill area. We also have 6 beach chairs for our guests to use and a cooler when you go to the beach.

What we love about this complex is the pools, walking path and palm trees feel like your own personal backyard oasis. Only 33 units are in this complex and most of those are 2nd homes or vacation homes for owners (who are not there most of the time). Our balcony has the best view of the pools and with the elevator is very easy to go up and down from the condo to the pool area. The surrounding area is in a quiet neighborhood setting without the hustle and bustle surrounding the high-rise hotels. But, if you want to enjoy those areas (and you should) it is only a 6-minute drive. Next door to the complex, is a little supermarket that has fresh bakery goods and fruit every morning. The people that work there are SUPER nice and helpful!!!

Aruba has a lot more to offer than its breathtaking beaches. If you enjoy adventure, consider renting a car to enjoy a scenic drive and other destinations, including the California Lighthouse, Arikok National Park, Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins, Alto Vista Chapel, and a Natural Pool formed by volcanic rocks.

If you are water lover, there are many catamarans, snorkel and sail tours, including dolphin spotting or sunset cruises. There are places to scuba dive and companies that offer scuba certification classes through PADI.

If you are an animal lover- look for turtles near Tres Trapi beach, schedule a horseback ride at sunset, or feed flamingos on Renaissance Island. Of course, there are other animal attractions like the donkey sanctuary on the island and the butterfly farm too.
