Une autre belle maison située sur la magnifique baie de West Grand Traverse à Traverse City. Située sur la péninsule de Leelanau, cette charmante maison est spacieuse et propose un hébergement confortable pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes. Orientation sur S. West Bay Shore Dr., cette propriété est parfaite pour profiter de magnifiques vues sur le lever du soleil.

4 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Les lits comprennent 1 lit king size, 2 lits queen size, 2 lits complets et un lit double, un canapé-lit (dans la chambre familiale du niveau inférieur). Il y a deux chambres à l'étage (une avec cheminée) et deux chambres en bas. Les draps et les serviettes sont inclus. Les locations à la semaine incluent le changement de linge en milieu de semaine.

Le salon spacieux est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se relaxer avec son foyer à gaz et son bar. Cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle. Prenez vos repas dans la salle à manger qui surplombe l’eau. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un salon supplémentaire avec une cheminée �� gaz. Télévision (pas de câble), lecteurs Blu-ray avec fonction de streaming, WiFi, laveuse / sécheuse.

L'extérieur vous coupera le souffle avec les magnifiques patios, de nombreux sièges et une vue imprenable. Le ciel est incroyable et l’eau change de couleur bleue. Gril à gaz fourni.

Cette maison est à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Traverse City ou de Suttons Bay. Il existe des dizaines d'établissements vinicoles, plusieurs brasseries, des locations de bateaux et de vélos, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Prévoyez une croisière en bateau ou une balade à vélo sur le sentier Leelanau, facilement accessible depuis cet endroit. Cette région ne vous décevra pas, peu importe le temps de l'année.

We very much enjoyed our stay at "Be Dazzeled" for one week in August 2025. We too, were dazzeled by both the location on the water, amazing sunrise view, comfortable space with water view and seating everwhere, and the amzing location that is close to the many attractions and actvities for our family 6: two grandchildren (13 and 11), their 2 paents, and the 2 of us-the grandparents. One suugestion: You should clearly state in the listing that 2 of the 4 bedrooms are in fact in the [walkout] basement.

Beautiful view but deferred maintenance issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location and nice home however, there were multiple items that arose on our stay. First, the home wasn’t available at check in time- 4 on. The cleaning crew didn’t finish until almost 5 pm. Next (big one), the master bedroom bed broke, which has clearly happened before because the bedframe was cracked and had a bracket to repair it in the past. We had to move the mattress onto the floor to sleep the first night. property management team was definitely great and responded to our issues quickly. Additionally, there was a multiple lights that needed to be replaced. The last example was the leaves were never cleaned up from last fall and there’s still a big pile in the lower part of the yard. With all that, the views are stunning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house for a family gathering. Of the 4 bedrooms, 2 were huge, and 2 were tiny. Not a great setup for 8 adults.The rest of the house was quite nice, with several seating areas inside and out. The firepit on the patio is a nice feature, but the motion sensor floodlight absolutely killed the night-time atmosphere and made star watching virtually impossible. Several lights in the house had burnt out bulbs, which caused some issues.Road noise is almost constant, as the house is right on highway M22. Aside from road issues, the location is convenient to Traverse City and the Leelanau Peninsula. On the positive side, the house has a great view of the bay, and sunrises were wonderful. No dock, but the lake level was down a bit, so we actually had a small sand beach.

Excellent Location & Yard, House Needs Updating

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The location can't be beat, under 10 minutes to Traverse City and right on 22 for easy access to so many MI landmarks. The outdoor space is also incredible with a big back yard for games, large deck and patio for meals, and a small but private beach perfect for floating and enjoying the lake (bring water shoes, it's sandy for a bit but then rocky). The house itself had great space, we loved the big living room with the bar and views, but it definitely needs work as recent reviews also state. Paint scuffed, old water stains, outdated decor, heavily used furniture, and many burnt out light bulbs. Also be aware that one of the basement bedrooms isn't great, with no closet (but a strange door to a sauna?) and right next to a mechanical closet for constant noise at night. There were also some annoyances like a sprinkler system that ran all the time and a flood light over the patio that would come on at night with no switch to turn it off. There are a few inaccuracies in the listing (only 1 bathroom has a tub not 2, and the bed descriptions under Rooms & Beds is accurate, but the written description under About This Property is wrong). Again, we did truly enjoy our stay and we would come back if the house got a face lift, but if you're looking for a high end rental this isn't it. For what they charge, we expected better.

The home was in a great location, only 15 minutes from downtown. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the home and the outdoor areas. The patio outside was filled with spider webs and sticks. It was obvious it had not been cleaned up in awhile. The sandy beach area could have also used a clean up. It was covered in washed up seaweed and branches. Expected much more cleanliness and upkeep especially for the price we paid to book this rental.

Fabulous Location - house needs updates

Pros: Location, Location, Location (direct water front) - that’s the #1 reason you want this house. Beach out back - great for launching kayaks and having kids play. Outdoor spaces were fabulous for enjoying the water views. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. House layout offers expansive rooms that easily fit our family of 8. Driveway fit all our cars. Covered patio/walk out from basement offered great storage for our bikes and kayaks. Cute downtown area at Traverse City is just 10 minutes away. Outdoor toys are available in storage box outside. Cons: Inside of house was not in top condition, plus as the pictures show, the decor is dated. Exterior needs power wash. Interior needs deep clean. Road out front has frequent High speed traffic plus road noise. Basement bathroom door does not have a lock. Outdoor furniture is older and showing wear, and even though someone mowed the grass, the grass growing in between all the stone takes away from the beauty of the well-designed hardscapes. We looked at a lot of other places, and read the reviews, and made an informed decision primarily based on location. Hope this is helpful to others.

Be dazzled review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi we went to Be Dazzled for 3 nights it was a great location beautiful beach front without a road in between the beach. It was spacious and bedrooms were nice. Kitchen well stocked, but old outdated coffee maker, cook ware and utensils and very old outdoor grill. The other negative was the Refrigerators water dispenser was not working so we didn’t have filtered water so we relied on purchasing water which was a little inconvenient. We did have ice though which was nice. We had a hard time regulating the temperature in the house lower level was freezing and the main floor was hot. The house was overall clean but it did have many spiderwebs in it and dead bugs laying around and the one thing that really bothered me was the outside area the deck and front door was very dirty and again many spider webs all over the doors leading outside. I hade to dust and sweep the back patio even the siding outside was pretty dirty. It needed to be hosed down , which I should have done. Which was fine but you pay for a cleaning service so I should have been done. The outside is the best part of the houses appeal. I don’t mean to be all negative we had a great time and would rent it again. Next time I would stress the cleanliness though. The managing company were very nice and helpful. It would have been nice to have a book with the local stores and restaurants close by. Thank you Lynn ❤️

Attention to details

As I read in a previous review… there needs to be some attention to the items inside and outside of the house. Several pillows are torn or appear dirty. Outside there is a lounger that is torn up . Dishwasher and ice/water in fridge door was not working and a couple of light bulbs needed to be replaced. Management Company was great to work with and quickly contacted up letting us know my husband had left his wedding ring there.

Beautiful Location

You can not beat the view & location. The house is very nice but needs some updates (mostly with the kitchen appliances). The master bathroom does not have a door which makes it awkward when you're on a girls weekend. Plenty of space and three full bathrooms is very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our girls weekend celebrating my MIL's 80th birthday.

Beautiful bay side weekend escape!!

Could not have asked for a better location and property!! Beautiful, spacious home right on the bay. Great communication with the property manager. Only thing to be aware of is the bugs. They were really only an issue around the windows. But that is to be expected with the location. Overall great stay. Would definitely book again!

Luxury on the lake

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The views from nearly ever room were gorgeous and we were all so comfortable! The bed room distribution would be especially perfect for two families with kids. But we piled 4 generations in under one roof just fine! We loved the view, the lake access, the proximity to Suttons Bay, Northport, the wineries and the quieter side of the TC area. Thanks for such a lovely week.

great house for our Family

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We we're 8 - grandparents, kids and grandkids. The house was set up well for the group. Instructions were good. Everything that was needed was provided and there was enough left from other renters that we were totally comfortable. Spiders outside are a big problem. The house inside was very well cleaned, outside we had to sweep, clear out spider webs and rake and pick up 3 bags of leaves that had accumulated on the back porch. We had to replace 5 light bulbs, including one in the oven. the hand held shower in the master bath would not stay up so we found a way to pack it so that it would not move. The ironing board had been damaged so it would not fold. We figured out how to get it to fold so that it would not take space in the closet. When the A/C was on to make it comfortable upstairs, it was unusually cold downstairs. Luckily there were extra blankets to keep them warm. Lights in the kitchen had spider webs in them. There were several bird nests on the front porch, one of which had a mother dove and two babies. As a result there was bird poop on the floor. We did not remove any of the nests, but the birds did finally fly away. Appliances worked fine. With no cable, the Amazon fire stick worked fine. Location was great to go to many wineries, and the beach and shallow water in front of the house was great for the kids, although cold. With the provisos that we made above we would recommend this to a large family. There are four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Nice laundry room and a sauna, although with 91 degree temperature outside that was not an option.
