Bienvenue à la River House située sur la rivière Earmon qui relie le cours d’eau Intracoastal de North Palm Beach. Cette une chambre 730 pi. Le condominium est au dernier étage et surplombe la magnifique voie navigable en activité. Témoin lamantin, et l'abondance de la vie marine. Complètement meublé inspiré par la vie côtière lumière et fraîche. Prenez un café chaud au lever du soleil sur le patio ou à quai, ou prenez un court trajet en voiture de 10 minutes jusqu'à Juno Beach pour bronzer ou vous promener le matin sur la plage. Détendez-vous dans notre piscine communautaire calme de 50 000 gallons. Shopping, restaurants et divertissements à 10-15 minutes des villages de Palm Beach Gardens et Jupiter. There’s a reason this place has an amazing rating! Chad is the most generous host - going above and beyond for his guests! The condo was tidy and comfortable. I stayed there for a week while working in the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at one of Chad’s places again.

We loved our stay here! Chad was a very communicative and thoughtful host. We were able to check in early to an immaculately clean condo. The balcony view was wonderful, the kitchen the area felt safe, the neighbors were quiet, and the reserved parking spot was near the stairs for easy access. We will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

A nice getaway

Nice clean look, spacious area and wonderfull view from the sliding doors! The host Chad was very attentive and helpful. He started us off with thoughtful and generous supplies in the condo! The location is near the beach, fishing pier, lighthouse ,ballpark and many stores and restaurants! Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, much enjoyed!

This was a great place to stay. I enjoyed relaxing at the pool and meeting folks living in the building. Chad's place was exactly as described. What I liked the most was Chad's excellent communication and continuous desire to be helpful. The fact that he had food for me as I settled in, starving after a long flight, was priceless.

So I am taking a leap into it with my very own one bedroom condo in North Palm Beach taking all my knowledge over the years from the properties I currently manage for my own I'm very excited to turn this chapter.

This property is situated In a graphically perfect area located in the city of North Palm Beach Florida on the Southwind Drive peninsula which interconnects the river with the Intercoastal in active boating waterways. This one bedroom 730 ft.² condominium located on the top floor middle of the building facing it quite charming Marina and multimillion-dollar houses across the way with excellent sunrise and sunset every morning and afternoon. The condominium with coastal living designs and colors in mind. This wonderful condo located in North Palm Beach off of Northlake Boulevard it's only 10 minutes to Juno beach and minutes from Palm Beach Gardens mall for shopping dining and some entertainment and approximately 15 minutes to Jupiter for dining shopping on the water's edge. Coastal living at its best bike riding swimming sailing fishing are all available for a short minute drive.
