This townhome is best for families and outdoor enthusiasts seeking a quiet resort atmosphere near the coast. The two-level layout includes 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The primary suite is located on the upper level and features a king bed, cathedral ceilings, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Please note that the bathtub jets are non-operational; however, the tub is fully functional for soaking. The remaining sleeping quarters on the upper level include a second bedroom with a king bed, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a fourth bedroom with three twin beds. The home accommodates up to 8 guest.

The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with cookware and essentials for preparing family meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area and a living room with a gas fireplace. A private screened porch offers a shaded outdoor space for relaxation.
