We stayed over the weekend and julie was great to work with with great communication. House was very clean, easy to check in and was comfortable for us and our friends.
Would stay again.
Great place for us. We were in Lexington for fasig-Tipton horse sale and also 10 minute drive to red mile. Julie was perfect manager. Touched base with us a couple times to make sure our stay was going well. Would highly recommend. Great for our dog too đ
Overall the property me our needs
There were plenty of towels and bedding and dishes etc. Beware the driveway is steep so it may be hard for elderly or parking. Would be nice to have checkout instructions in binder accessible for last day. Overall great location, spacious and clean.
We stayed here for the Kentucky Spring horse shows. The house was very clean and simple and a nice change from a hotel. We did have an issue with the AC breaking and also the hot water heater breaking but Julie has them fixed ASAP.
Property manager was great; property was terrible. It was not cleaned prior to our arrival; food left in freezer; detritus of prior tenets dumped in garage; a hunt for bar soap somewhere. The property needs tlc like crazy. Thumbs down.
Great stay, the house has everything we needed and was very close to KHP. Made our stay for the hagyard mid south much more enjoyable over comparably priced hotel rooms.
The property worked out great for our 3 employees who were in for the Keeneland sale, they were delighted with the house which had a well stocked kitchen so weâre able to cook instead of eating out all the time

House is just okay
Driveway is straight uphill and difficult to get in and out of the car. Bed in one room needs a new mattress. No bedside table or lamp which made it a challenge to set small items. Pillows in master were rolled up blankets in pillow cases. Front door could only be opened with the app. This concerned us because it was locked automatically and if there was a fire we would have panicked trying to exit the house. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable so we didnât get to use it much. No ice marked in refrigerator so we had to buy bagged ice. Pots and pans werenât very clean. Kitchen drawer fronts were lose and cabinets needed a good cleaning inside.
Rented for the Kentucky Three Day. The location was perfect for a quick drive to the horse park. The house was clean and comfortable. Would stay again!
Perfect little property. Perfect location for our activities. Extremely family friendly and quiet neighborhood. Everything provided and everything clean. Absolutely no complaints here.
This was a great property for our trip to Lexington. Great location, clean, great beds, ample room, comfortable, and many extra amenities usually not available in other VRBO properties. Communication was excellent and timely. We really enjoyed our stay in Lexington and having a great place to stay makes the stay better.
The location of this home is perfect. It was clean and easily accommodated the needs of two families. If we visit Lexington again we will stay here again.
Very clean and had plenty food items if you wish to eat them. Had some toiltrees in case you didn't remember to bring what you needed. Beautiful neighborhood. We have never stayed at a house in residential area when traveling. Had all the comforts of home. Julie was responsive to all our needs and was very polite and kind. I highly recommend staying at her home.
Hey there, I'm Julie, a native Lexingtonian. I love it and I have been fortunate to travel quite a bit. I studied abroad in Spain and England when I was in college. I adore Madrid and all things Spanish. I majored in Spanish and minored in French. I made some wonderful friends in England and had the opportunity to travel to Italy, France, Scotland, Ireland and Wales while I was there. Then I travelled to Greece to visit some of my best friends from Lancaster University. Along the way I tried to learn some Greek and Italian, ena fatcha, ena raza. I came back home and decided to go to work for my family's company. I love what I do and where I live. But I love to go to Europe & Hawaii every chance that I get. ;-)
Quiet neighborhood that is just 15 minutes away from Keeneland, the KY Horse Park, Red Mile, Downtown Lexington, and the Lexington Airport. Convenient to I-75 & I-64.
