Discover this stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom pool home that shines brightly in Southwest Cape Coral's most sought-after luxury neighborhood. Nestled within a beautifully fenced tropical garden, this charming residence offers complete privacy throughout the pool area.
The master suite and guest room both feature king-size beds and smart TVs for your entertainment. Each of the two full bathrooms is fitted with a walk-in shower enclosed by glass doors. Fresh bed linens, bathroom towels, and beach towels are all provided for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for daily cooking. In addition to appliances such as a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a range, you'll find a Keurig coffee maker, a traditional coffee brewer, a kettle, a toaster, an air fryer, and an array of other kitchen gadgets. A propane BBQ grill is also available on the lanai for outdoor cooking.
The great room combines a cozy living area with a sofa and smart TV, a dining space, and a kitchen island with barstools, making it perfect for gatherings.
