**Stand-Alone Air Conditioner for Summer Months, and Space Heater for Winter Months**


During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.

Family Vacation

My daughter and I went on vacation . The room look just like in the picture. Everything was clean and ready for us. All the attractions were close to us. We have a great time at Tweetsie Railroad,Grandfather Mountain State Park, Banner Elk, Wilderness Alpine Coaster . I would highly recommend it and we will come back next family trip.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was better than the pictures. Top quality furniture and bedding. Everything about the condo was top notch! Beautiful view from the balcony. Loved everything about the condo and the amenities. Pool area and workout room were both nice as well. Elevator was efficient. Never had to wait on it. Two things that came up but were not a problem. Keyless entry doesn't work, but front desk will give you a key. If the condo is at 90% capacity, you will have to park in a lower parking lot and be shuttled back and forth. We had to use the shuttle and found it very efficient. Never had to wait more than a couple minutes. They drop you off at the lobby door or directly in front of your car. It worked great when we had a rain shower. We would definitely book this unit again! Loved it!

Great condo, but a few kinks to work out for a smooth check in.

Condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. Very upscale feeling and pleasantly surprised. The only thing I’d suggest is with all the nice features, maybe spring for some better quality paper towels and TP. That was the only disappointing part that could take it up a notch. There are still some kinks to workout with this listing. 1) I don’t recall ever seeing what # condo it is, only the Misty Morning name, so at gate checkin I couldn’t provide that information to the parking lot personnel and didn’t know where in the building I was going. Luckily they believed me that I had a rental there and looked up my name and gave me the room number. But I don’t think the parking attendant should be the one telling me where I’m staying. LOL. That should be included in info from vacasa, maybe I missed it. Seems like an important piece. 2) The key code to the door didn’t work. i tried numerous times, called vacasa, they just repeated to check my email as they would reset it. Well, cell signal is spotty and I couldn’t connect to WiFi to check my email which wasn’t loading, and because the incorrect WiFi password was provided by vacasa I had not access to email, so I asked if they could text and they said no. After several attempts to explain this on the phone getting nowhere, I took a breath then texted vacasa and explained via text the dilemma, they gave me similar info not understanding I can’t access my email, and when I finally did access it, I never saw any emails from them they supposedly sent, not in spam or junk either. So, the last resort was to ask the front desk for a key to the lock which they provided. That was the only way I could get into the unit. I had lots of luggage to unload and had to lug it back down the elevator to the front desk(as I was by myself)to inquire about the key. Then, haul it back up a second time. A little frustrating. No follow up from vacasa or further attempt to reset the code so I could return the main key and use the key code.
