Located on a quiet neighborhood street, you can enjoy a short walk to the riverfront beaches, or take a quick golf cart ride into town to experience the charm of Colonial Beach.



Living Spaces: Relax in the cozy living room featuring plush seating and a flat-screen TV, ideal for movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploration. And in case you need to bring a little work on vacation with you, there's a dedicated office space on the 2nd floor.



Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your culinary creations in the eat-in kitchen with seating for 6 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets and more!



Bedrooms: All rooms are newly decorated and furnished to a high standard, giving you a true resort-style experience. The bedrooms are tastefully
decorated, each with comfortable beds and fresh linens, making you feel right at home.



Bedroom 1: King size bed with en suite bath, located on the 1st floor

Bedroom 2: King size bed, located on the 2nd floor

Bedroom 3: 2 twin size, with converter to accommodate a king size, located on the 2nd floor



Bathrooms: There are 2 full-bathrooms and one half bath, all of which provide modern luxury with a tiled shower and large vanities with ample counter space.



Outdoor Space: Step outside to a spacious yard, complete with outdoor fire pit with seating for 6, and a charcoal grill —perfect for a night of grilling and bonfires. Additionally, this home offers a spacious covered porch, perfect the enjoy your morning coffee and the sunrise.

For dining, consider visiting Drift for fresh seafood or Circa1892 for your wine, cheese and specialty sandwiches. While the city is very walkable, you may want to consider a golf cart rental for the duration of your stay so you can explore everything the city has to offer including more restaurants options down in the marina and The Point.
